Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

We had such an amazing weekend! The house was even better than the pictures—super cozy, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It had all the perfect touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Sarah was such a great host—so kind, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Would 100% stay here again!

We've stayed on Glenn's beautiful boat so many times I've lost track. It's our favorite place to stay in Ventura! This time we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! We saw a seal swimming around plus we enjoyed the live music and food at the Harbor. Can't wait to go back soon!!

A slice of paradise best describes this house and location. It felt warm and cozy and being able to walk out the back door and right onto the beach was soooo great. We loved every moment and really look forward to future visits. Cruz, the host, was incredibly responsive and just great throughout.

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

Beautiful home, extremely accommodating, and responsive host! 5 stars all around. Highly recommended for a destination vacation or beach get-a-way! My family loved it and we’ll definitely return.

A piece of heaven on earth! Regina’s home is perfectly located, offering stunning views from every window and beautifully modern decor. The linens and furniture are of high quality and extremely comfortable. It's evident that Regina curated each space with care and thoughtfulness. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials. Regina’s place is meticulously maintained, both inside and out. We loved exploring the grounds—there's beauty in every direction. Regina is a professional and gracious host; we felt at home instantly. She was very responsive, and her advice and recommendations were spot on. Regina’s home is truly special. My family and I can’t wait to return. If you're seeking a tranquil getaway, I highly recommend Regina’s place, The Horizon House.

Sarah was very responsive to our questions and super friendly. The house was as described, and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. It was very close to some fun restaurants and it's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here; it was a nice respite from my busy conference!

Absolutely lovely stay!! The house was clean and convenient. My favorite was working with Vivian, who was one of the best airbnb hosts I've had the pleasure of communicating with. The beds were comfortable, very clean overall, and we had everything we needed. The house is on the corner of a main road, but parking and noise were no problem at all. 100% would stay here again.

The house was perfect for our stay, even as a group of 8, and exactly as shown – clean, spacious, and comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. Our group especially appreciated the espresso machine for pre-bike ride coffee and the large, open dining and living room area. Karina is a friendly, attentive host and quickly answered all of our questions. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. I would absolutely recommend Karina and her home if you're looking for a relaxing stay by the beach.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Oxnard. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. I really loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. The rooftop deck was so cozy and my teenage nephews (along with myself😉) loved the game room. Truly, the layout of the home is perfect! The location was great and just steps from a quiet, stunning beach where we enjoyed morning walks, sunset views, and even spotted dolphins! The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a restful getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt like we were staying at a home, not just a rental. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this beach home to anyone looking for a serene and memorable coastal escape.

This home has everything you might want for a trip to the beach! Great location - so close to the beach and a few blocks from restaurants. It had all the beach gear we needed. And the house itself was wonderful - well appointed and was spotless! When a small issue came up, the host was super responsive.

Everything about the house is perfect! I think Kimberly should open an interior design company. Everything was thought out perfectly. It was incredibly comfortable. I cannot wait to go back.
