Loved the location and the shepherds hut was perfect! Great for a night or two in an idyllic setting with stunning views, great walk and the perfect perch pub within a few mins walk away. The log fire burner was a bonus providing a warm cosy atmosphere. I loved the sound of the birds singing as well.

We had a lovely stay in Lynn's little cottage in their garden. She had some great recommendations for walks in the area, and we felt right at home. Has everything you could ever need here! Would definitely recomend

My 2 sisters and I stayed for 2 nights. We loved the cosiness of the accommodation and the beds were comfy. The location was great, very peaceful but with local towns nearby.

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

Great host and wonderful place to stay. Had a really relaxing time and loved the fire pit and wood-fired hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant place to stay. A very successful last minute Cotswolds stay. Some confusion my end around bedding but after messaging Stephen he was quick to respond and sorted it with no issues at all. Very helpful. Perfect location and a very peaceful place to wake up with the abundant birdsong right outside the window!

We had a lovely long weekend staying in Alice’s shepherds huts. It is a beautiful spot with stunning walks directly from where we were staying. Alice was a fantastic host, coming to check we had everything we needed, giving us lots of tips and she even kindly gave up her time to show us and our excited kids around the farm! It was an extremely relaxing few days with a wonderfully warm host, just how a good Air BnB should be.

We had a wonderful stay at Sleep Wild and Ku was an excellent host. She met us on arrival to help us get settled in with all the info we needed, and then was available to us by message throughout the stay, if we needed anything. The cabin itself was gorgeous and the location was amazing - highly recommended for couples wanting a little bit of time away in nature!

Great little pod and value for money! Easy spot to base yourself to explore the Cotswolds! The bed wouldn’t be suited to tall or large humans but really comfy and cosy. Super easy access and electric car charger too!

A perfect pod in a perfect setting, it was exactly what we were after for a few nights stay. Beautiful setting and well equipped pod, the tree hammock swings were a firm favourite with my 5 year old - as was the ‘massive tv that we can watch in bed’! Thanks Kirsty, we’ll definitely be back.

It’s in an idyllic location within easy reach of some of the most picturesque areas of the Cotswolds. Georgina has created a beautiful, cosy & inviting space in this unique AirB&B. Under The Owl Tree is the cutest shepherds hut with all you need to make a memorable stay. Waking up to the sound of “the Girls” (hens) clucking around was just a joy and gave an authenticity to a country retreat. Georgina was responsive, friendly and helpful as a host. Highly recommend.

The POD was amazing a home from home. Everything you want from your stay, clean, tidy and peaceful. It’s well equipped and has an amazing shower and bathroom plus the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for a short stay or long stay a perfect host and accommodation.

Really nice stay here. Some of the amenities were missing but Laura was very responsive, instantly replied and stocked us up. Really nice to escape the city so would definitely recommend!

A lovely stay in the shepherd's hut at Bruern Farm, stunning peaceful location making it a great place for some r&r, with everything you could need. The fire pit a real bonus to take advantage of the weather we luckily had, lots to do and see. A great breakfast at the Bruern farm shop cafe, lovely trips to Burford (the garden co. is a must if your a gardener), food at The Fox in Barrington (lovely setting by the river) and The Old Shed.

A Gypsy dream !! the pub near makes good pie, the village is so cosy and the emplacement is really calm.

This place was truly stunning. The most beautiful location for a romantic and tranquil get away. With lots of wildlife visitors, picturesque views, we had the sunshine all weekend (we know we were very lucky) which added to the charm of the place. We had a wonderful cooked breakfast out on the decking. Our pups had the best time too. Getting to the boathouse was a little tricky, as the what three words didn’t take us to the entrance of the boathouse. Luckily we asked a local farmer, signal was a little scarce to contact the hosts. However once we got to the right track the instructions then became clear, we got to the boathouse gate, and had no problems whatsoever after that. I even did my own what three words and it still didn’t take us to the right place 😅 Absolute must if you’re looking to spend quality time with your family and enjoying the more natural side of life away from technology then this is the place to be!

Wow, what a beautiful shepherd's hut in such a peaceful location, surrounded by birds and sheep. We loved everything about our stay!

A really lovely Sheep Shed. Extremely comfortable bed with comfortable bedding and a retractable dining table. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with basic oil, salt and pepper - really helpful! The bathroom was lovely and the shower came with decent water pressure and proper hot water 😊 Your view out of the hut is of a field and woods, we got lucky and saw deer running across. There’s also a lovely table with chairs so you can make the most of the good weather. We’ll definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Kingfisher Lodge, the lodge is absolutely beautiful set in such a stunning & peaceful setting. Gary was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat. Our little dog loved walking round the fishing lake. We would highly recommend staying at Kingfisher Lodge, we will definitely be returning.

wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. the cottage is located in their backyard and you both have complete privacy as well as use of the garden. i was made to feel very mucg at home and had wonderful exchanges with Brenda, who was the only there at the time I was living there. I can highly recommend it, a bit outside Oxford city but there is a bus nearbu going straight to town

We had a very peaceful stay at the pod. Little touches like the lovely hamper and having a later than expected check out time made us feel quite spoiled. Mark met with us and made sure we knew how to heat up the tub (it was already hot when we got there). The surrounding countryside was fantastic; we were lucky to stay on a sunny weekend.

We gad a great time at Emma's Shepherd's Hut. It was exactly as described in a lovely location that was nice and quiet.
