It is only a few minutes from the College of Idaho, downtown Caldwell and it is only 6 or 7 minutes away from the freeway. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses.
