Great place to stay. Woke up feeling well rested every day and felt like home.

The Treehouse was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our honeymoon. The place was Tidy, Stocked, and lovely. The host was amazing, attentive and so hospitable. It was a truly amazing experience and made a for a perfect week and aim to comback some time. All the best and 10/10, perfect for a couples get away.

Very comfy! Recliners in the living room and king size beds! Plenty of linens, well stocked kitchen, great parking, great communication. Can’t ask for anything more.

Deze in zwart-wit uitgevoerde accomodatie voldeed volledig aan onze verwachting. We hadden de volledige eerste verdieping van het pand ter beschikking. Op loopafstand (ca 15 minuten lopen) van het centrum. En een bierlokaal aan de overkant.

The place was clean! I honestly thought it was a 2 bedroom but that was my error. it’s a little hassle to find, but not the worst. Shanita was great at responding!

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

Very convenient location if you are visiting the Ark Encounter. It’s in a very full neighborhood but it was quiet and we didn’t hear neighbors during our stay. Our children loved the game room!

Erica’s home was a charming stay for my family and I. We were able to cook breakfast and enjoy lots of family time. The back yard was beautiful and private and there were very friendly neighboring cats that were great with the kids! I would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay again myself!

We are so glad that we finally made it to Sunnyside Up after having to reschedule our trip to Kentucky, due to a hurricane that hit our area in Florida back in October 2024. Bobbie’s home is just as it’s described & we felt right at home! Bobbie was a GREAT host. It is very clean & well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. The beds were very comfortable! The location was perfect for traveling to the Creation Museum & Ark Adventure. If we ever come back to Kentucky we would definitely stay here. Thank you Bobbie for sharing your home with us!

House is nice and clean. It is wonderful that the host placed Scriptures in the whole house. God bless!

Cj was very Easy to Communicate with and very accommodating during the stay.

Jeremy‘s place was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! It was a very spacious house with a pool table and a movie room. It was well furnished with comfortable open spaces including the living room and kitchen. Able to accommodate large groups. Jeremy was responsive and flexible with our large party! They were great views off the back porch, rolling hills and a pasture with two horses. Checking in was easy. Travel to the ark was about 30 minutes, Creation museum, maybe 45 minutes. We saw wild turkeys, a hawk and a fawn during our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked! Definitely a family that has a passion for and rode horses! Would stay again!

Kyle’s place was perfect for our stay in Kentucky. He was quick to communicate and really helpful!

Wesley's place is as good as -- perhaps even better than -- advertised. Convenient, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated . One of our best short term rental experiences.
