Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Nick a ete un hote parfait, l'appartement est super. Il est tout equipe et tres agreable. En cas de question il est toujours tres reactif. Agreable et arrangeant! Je le recommande vivement ainsi que son appartement.

On a réservé l'appartement de Jean-François spécialement pour un marathon série, et franchement, c'était parfait ! Le vidéoprojecteur et l'installation home cinéma sont top : on a pu profiter à fond de nos deux nuits. Le canapé est confortable, la connexion WiFi rapide, et tout était nickel à notre arrivée. Merci à Jean-François pour son accueil chaleureux et sa réactivité! On reviendra sans hésiter pour une prochaine session.

Logement agréable, très propre, bien équipé et très bien situé à deux pas du métro ou du bus pour rejoindre le centre ville en 20min.

Absolutely beautiful place, even better than on the photos, spotless and bright . Location is great just in front of the transport station. Great communication, response in almost seconds. If I will come to Brussel again I will definitely stay here again . Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Accueil très chaleureux, le logement est situé tout près de la gare ce qui nous a permis d'aller en train vers Bruxelles, Gand et Bruges. Très beau appartement lumineux et bien équipé. À conseiller

Konaklamam gerçekten bizim için güzeldi. Ev tam resimlerde görüldüğü gibi. Talimatlar tamamen yeterliydi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ama bi 15 dakika kadar yürümeniz gerekiyor. Her şey eksiksizdi. Banyodan biraz koku geliyordu. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımı iyi değil ve bazı geceler uykumuzdan kaldırdı. Onun dışında keyifliydi 🌸

We had a great stay! The place is next to the metro station and just about 15mins from the city center. There's almost everything and more you would expect for a short stay. would recommend without a doubt and also love to stay again... :) thanks

Prachtige accomodatie in een zeer rustige omgeving. Leuk tuintje om te relaxen was een aangenaam extra'tje. Wij hebben een leuke tijd beleefd, een aanrader voor jong & oud.

Le séjour était parfait le seul petit bémol je dirais le jaccuzi à 33 degré, alors que dehors il faisais pas trop chaud. Mais sinon tout était parfait

The location is good: truly within easy walking distance to the city center. We also greatly appreciated being so close to the Brussels Midi (Zuid/South) Train Station, making arrivals and departures a breeze (and exploring other cities like Gent and Brugge). The proximity to the metro with direct lines to both the Brussels Expo and the Atomium was a major plus for sightseeing. It was clear that a lot of thought has gone into providing everything a traveler could possibly need. From thoughtful touches like bathrobes and slippers to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the city. It offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent amenities. Thank you for a great stay!

Ne am simțit foarte bine, casa curată cu tot ce este nevoie. Cada cu hidromasaj a fost exact ce aveam nevoie pentru a ne relaxa. Mulțumiri gazdei ! 😊

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Jennifer est une hôte très accueillante. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement était très propre. Facile d’accès et place de parking juste devant. Les petites attentions comme le café, jus de fruits et gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner sont un plus bien apprécié.

Nous avons séjourné chez Bogdan pour des raisons professionnelles et nous avons apprécier joindre l’utile à l’agréable. L’hôte est hyper réactif, L’appartement est superbe, propre et complètement conforme aux photos. Et surtout le quartier est tranquille. Je recommande vivement car c’est très rare à Charleroi . Sophie
