We booked this for business purposes! Our construction crew wore very happy and very comfortable! We stay here for a month and through Samantha was always on communication if we needed anything! She was very pleasant to work with always working way to fulfill our needs! Lovely home wonderful communication! We will definitely stay here again very lovely home, community and host 🥰

I love staying at the Fergus! There are 2 great restaurants within a 5-minute walk, fabulous coffee shops and great shopping within 10. The place is very well-kept and has terrific appliances and amenities. (I love the giant round ice cubes, in addition to the ice and water dispenser!) Anything I need for cooking is there, and the kitchen is spacious and lovely. The living room is comfy and very well-appointed. And this may seem like a small thing, but I love the hot water pressure in the shower! Scott was super responsive; for example, when I texted late at night that they were out of body wash in the shower, two bottles appeared on the doorstep first thing in the morning! It is, far and away, my favorite place to stay in the Cincinnati area. There's room for the whole family, and parking is easy and safe. I recommend it most highly!

A beautiful home that felt like home. We were able to cook without buying pots or pans. I girls enjoyed the coffee bar. The cleanness was the best part. There were extra items just in case you forgot something. As we did. There was a guide with information about the home and surrounding places. That was a nice touch. We were very comfortable and felt safe. Our fur baby was also pleased. He was able to run around in the back yard. Please book if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

We were so impressed with our stay! The house was spotless in the fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog. The house was so cozy and we felt at home! We would love to stay here again if we are in the area.

Chateau was a wonderful host and this place was everything I expected. Very spacious and the mattresses were a 10 out of 10!

Excellent stay. We were in town for a wedding and the place was perfect for our needs. Really cool, walkable neighborhood. 5 minute walk to multiple restaurants and cafes as well as Eden Park. I could go on and on.

This was an overall comfortable stay, within walkable distance to the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood! Though, I would not characterize the building as "modern" as described in the listing (most notably, there is a narrow set of stairs to the apartment), the apartment was comfortable and clean. The beds were especially great, and our group of 5 comfortable spent time in the kitchen and living room. The Chrises were responsive to some minor maintainance concerns I shared over chat, their neighborhood guide was great, and there really was a lovely view of the skyline to top it off.

Loved my stay! The yard was so cute and the inside was beautifully decorated. Very cozy. I will definitely stay again! Location is truly unbeatable. Loved it so much!!

We don’t stay in Airbnb’s often. The location was much better than local hotels for our needs. Included parking, especially in the city where you pay extra for parking almost 100% of the time, was a real plus! Nightly rate for our six night stay was better than the hotel we typically stay at when visiting Cincinnati. Would consider staying again.

This was our second stay here. It’s a perfect central Cincinnati location for spending our family holiday together, including our dogs. The house has plenty of space for everyone, and the surroundings are private. We love that each bedroom has its own bath, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

I’ve stayed in a couple of Airbnb‘s downtown. Paul’s place is by far, the best so far. Excellent location, very clean and full of any amenities you might need. Paul was very responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations. I consider myself very familiar with the downtown area and he was right on with our recommendation request. Location is perfect for anything you want to do downtown. Whether it’s a sporting event, nightlife or great restaurants you won’t be disappointed. Definitely looking forward to my next downtown adventure at Paul’s place.

At first based off description, I didn’t know it was a duplex, for it being a duplex it was big on just one floor. The price was worth it, very clean, good host, neighborhood was a little sketchy, but nothing to worry about. Edias was fast at replying, helped us with our lock situation, which doesn’t work on the first door but the door to the right it does on the handle. It was easy to get inside, not much parking took but it gets the job done in the side of the road. Nice furtniture although and pullout couch was promised and we didn’t see one or figured it out. The couch was bad because of just squares being together and the back support didn’t help much either, although the recliner and massage chair were both great, decently sized kitchen, big bedrooms, clean house, good price, over 4/5 stars honestly.

Connor was actually outside when we got there and was just so friendly and welcoming! The place is super cute and has a lot of unique features. We stayed just one night and that worked fine with us. Location wise, it does feel safe. Wasn’t too much happening other than a couple street cats chasing each other.

Perfect if you are looking for something comfortable to spend your days. I recommend this accommodation 100%

Alejandra's place was the perfect stay!! I was looking for a place to cowork while in Cincinnati and the vibes of the loft were so great!! The stairs at STEEEP and it's tricky to find but truly once you are up there it is AMAZING!!! So clean, modern, and filled with so many cool murals!!! I'm already planning a trip back to stay here!! ALSO the pizza place recommended is quite possible the best pizza of my life!! HIGHLY recommend!!

This was my second time at Igrids Airbnb. its just lovely. Parking is very convenient easy unloading luggage. I love how cozy the place is, lots of windows, natural light in addition to the stylish lighting fixtures. Everything is spotless, and feels fresh and clean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, beautiful linenes and towels. Highly recommend this little gem for anybody who needs a place to rest. Hope to be back, many thanks.

Our stay was WONDERFUL! It was fun to stay in such a spacious RV in nature, yet close to the great busy city of Cincinnati. Cynthia thought of everything! It was the best equipped airbnb imaginable! My older grandson enjoyed wading in the river-and the baby watched us play board games from the high chair that Cynthia made available. Highly recommend this hideaway! 10 stars!
