What a lovely, comfortable house! The neighborhood is centrally located and Chandler is an excellent host. Definitely my very first choice when I visit Monroe.

Phil’s place is the best! We try to stay there every time we are in Monroe. We always feel at home when we stay there.

The Sommers' home is absolutely beautiful, and our stay was nothing short of amazing. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the hosts were incredibly responsive. When we encountered an issue with the upstairs thermostat, they had someone there to resolve it within the hour. We completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, and they handled it promptly and professionally. The house itself is spacious and perfectly suited for our large family. I would highly recommend both this home and these wonderful hosts to anyone!

Dawn was a wonderful host. She thought ahead for us and made sure we had everything we'd need. It was such a blessing to spend time with our son's family. We made a lot of memories over the weekend. The beds are nice and firm she has the big bath towels ready, the closet has several family board games, kitchen is well equipped, and the bathrooms have everything you need to clean up after a long day of play. It's in the heart of the area we were interested in, we never drove more than 10 minutes to anywhere. If you have children, Kiroli Park is a MUST! It's only $1 entry per person and 50 cents for a sandwich sized Ziploc bag of duck food. (Which they weren't interested in when we got there, they were all full. ) Shaved ice truck with dye free options for the kids, coffee truck for the grownups, all very reasonably priced. Enjoy your stay.

Sandy’s place was very comfortable and roomy. She provided luggage racks in all bedrooms and there was plenty of space throughout the house to put our own things neatly. The home is located close to grocery stores and other necessities. Like others have stated, it is on a somewhat busy street but that caused no inconvenience for us. The yard is not fenced but the little back patio was very nice and comfy. Definitely recommend this home.

Kristy was an amazing host! She had snacks and drinks ready for us when we got there. Anything you may have forgotten, she had you covered! The house was so cute, loved the character it had. We slept amazing in the wonderful beds and pillow. Will stay here again if we come back to Monroe!

I had a great stay and Sarah was a great host. The space is much larger than it looks in the photos, and the furnishings and accessories are even nicer than I expected. The air conditioner works very well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in the middle of summer. I loved that the cottage is at the back of the property so I end up parking my truck at the end of a long private driveway, essentially behind the main house (although the neighborhood looked nice and super-safe, anyway, it still made feel like my truck was safer). The house and everything in it was really clean. Nice big TV. And the outdoors are beautiful. You're right on an oxbow lake with dock access and a private balcony overlooking the lake, surrounded by trees. Hwy 165 is directly across the lake, so the road noise is noticeable when you're outside, but it didn't bother me inside. I would definitely return.

I travel frequently and have experienced many types of homes. Michelle's home will be top of my list when we return to visit our son. She was very pro-active to make sure our stay would be good when I explained my allergies. The home was just blocks from our son and we were able to walk to and from his place without any issues. You'll find it exactly as pictured with plenty of room for an entire family. The bed was great. It can be difficult when traveling finding good beds. I had no problem sleeping. In fact, I overslept, when I should have been getting ready for my flight home. :) It is very clean with plenty of supplies for preparing your own meals. We did go to the Warehouse No 1 for dinner. I highly recommend the Warehouse (great atmosphere, amazing food, and the piano player was an added bonus) Michelle responded to my questions promptly and was a great host. Brandon's cabin was great. He met us there shortly after we arrived to show us around and make sure our check in went smooth. The hot water is HOT and the beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing being so close to the river. We had a water pipe burst due to mother nature and he was quick to come and fix it for us. He even let us use the washing machine in his near by cabin while he was fixing the pipes (and that place is just as awesome. I would recommend either place) He was quick to respond to all our questions. The road going to the cabin is a dirt road and did have some deeper pot holes of water/mud to avoid due to recent rain. There were people traveling in and out in cars with no issues but just be aware if you have a low profile vehicle and it has rained there recently. But no fault of Brandon's at all, he can't control that. We will definitely stay again.

Zach was amazing, always answered any questions we had. It was perfect for what we needed, our kids absolutely loved it! It was very peaceful and quiet. Not a far drive from town. The cabins had more than everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, had whatever we needed in the kitchens for cooking. We will definitely be back and stay longer!

House was great and provided us with anything we may need for our stay. Susan was responsive to questions we had. Would recommend her and definitely will use her house again for future trips.
