Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities for numerous activities to enjoy. We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

Make yourself at home in the brand new Oaken House, where peaceful nature meets lakeshore living. Enjoy our healing 3 person infrared sauna, 2 living spaces, a 40x10 screened porch, private nature trails, pickleball court, kids' playset, zero-elevation sandy beach with 720+ feet of shoreline all to yourself! Bring or rent a boat to reach Zorbas or Beach Bums on the lake, Glendalough State Park, Balmoral Golf Course, Battle Lake restaurants & Big Fish Kayaks all of which is just 5 minutes away!

Relax Retreat in Serenity

Relax and forget your worries in this spacious and serene retreat! 2.5 acres boasting with nature that backs up to Thumper Pond Golf Course. Walking distance to the Ottertail supper club, liquor store, gift shops, bakery, and gas station/grocery store! Beautiful Ottertail Lake public access is 1.8 miles away! Many other unique bars, restaurants and shops in lakes country within 15 to 20 mins, including the thriving and popular town of Perham MN. Many activities to do in Ottertail County!

Suite Cherry No. 1

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size combination washer & dryer. We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

Uptown Living #2

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. We are conveniently located on the main business street of the beautiful city of Fergus Falls! Shopping and dining experiences are literally just outside the apartment door! This upper level apartment faces north and is a quiet sanctuary that will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay! If you like to explore, the city River Walk is less than a block away and Lake Alice offers a wonderful walking tour year round!

Life is good on the lake!

Relax and enjoy the beautiful view on Marion Lake. This cabin, nestled in the western shore, is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet, gorgeous sunrises, and fun on the lake. Guests enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, fire pit, kayaks, a dock, and swim beach. If guests decide to go out, the Perham area offers a variety of attractions including shopping, hiking, golfing, and dining. Come unwind, life is good on the lake! (Available year round.)

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

The Highland Loop Experience

Newly remodeled & beautiful west facing lake home with over 120 ft of private shoreline on Otter Tail Lake. This home comfortably sleeps 14 people, and has everything you'll need to make you feel right at home. Otter Tail Lake is one of the largest in Minnesota with a hard sand bottom. Enjoy swimming off the brand new dock in the crystal clear water, go paddle boarding, or simply enjoy the mesmerizing sunsets while sitting in the hottub! Truly a home away from home!

The Haven

The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.

Craving a blend of relaxation and fun? Discover rustic charm just 5 minutes from Fergus Falls and the interstate! Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
