We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting our child at Colgate University. Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts live next door and were very accommodating. The home was beautifully decorated and well appointed with cool fixtures and the most comfortable couch. They provided ground coffee, which was delicious, and the beds had great mattresses. The water pressure in the shower was not as strong as we like but everything else was perfect. The location was peaceful with beautiful views over the lake. The house is remote, but was easy to find. Can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

Tracy was a great host and very communicative! If we are ever in the area again we’d love to book with her again.

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

We had the most wonderful stay at Amanda’s place! The space was exactly as described and perfect for our family while visiting our daughter at Colgate. We loved the location on the lake and views out the front windows. The house is about 3 miles from the Colgate athletic fields or a ten minute drive - 12 minutes if you’re going up the hill. Amanda was such a gracious and accommodating host with excellent communication. We will definitely be back!

We had a truly unforgettable family Easter weekend at this beautiful Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook our holiday meals together. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The kids loved the backyard and outdoor area, while the adults appreciated the peaceful views and relaxing atmosphere, next to the fire pit and the lake. We also loved how pet friendly the home was, our furry family member had a blast too! Location wise, it was ideal close enough to stores and activities, but tucked away enough to enjoy quiet time together. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate, reconnect, and make memories. LJs place was exactly what we were looking for! We did some ice fishing which was better than anticipated. The house was clean and cozy. The rules were reasonable and LJ communicated timely. We will absolutely be back!

Barbara’s peaceful cabin was absolutely gorgeous. We loved every minute of our stay. Beautiful scenery and right next to the lake. The cabin is also only a short distance from the Lapland skiing center and therefore an ideal location for all cross country skiing fans. Barbara was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. We are hoping to come back in the summer

Stacy and Mike were excellent hosts. Responsive, helpful, very friendly and flexible. The property was incredible. The outdoor spaces were perfect including the hot tub, fire pit table, grill, porches. It was cold so we wimped out and didn’t use the kayaks but we took advantage of most of the amenities. We also tried out some of the suggestions that they left for us, and enjoyed a great hike to the Hadley Fire Tower. Great place to stay, highly recommend!!!!

My family and I had a terrific stay at this beautiful home. Olga was fantastic, always responsive if we reached out and very helpful. The home was even more beautiful and breathtaking when we first walked into the house than we could have imagined! The home was spacious and cozy, and the view was spectacular. I enjoyed waking up early to work for a few hours overlooking the lake and the beautiful view of the sunrise, enjoying a nice cup of coffee while everyone else was still sound asleep in the comfortable accommodation. The sunset was even more stunning. We will definitely return if we get the chance.

We comfortably fit all 14 of us for our stay in this lovely home. The river it was on was a beautiful addition to the beautiful home. Host was very helpful and responsive when needed. Easy entrance into the home. Lots of space, and comfortable beds. we will definitely stay here again, and we will highly recommend this home to others staying in and around Oneonta or Cooperstown. We stayed Here for our daughters family weekend at SUNY Oneonta, it was the perfect location. Also very quiet n private as well. Thank you Host Gerald!!

Great little ski condo right by the slopes

The condo is beautiful and perfect location! We liked having the beach right in the backyard and seeing the beautiful sunsets! Quick walk to everything in town. Plenty of bath and beach towels provided. My kids had a blast with the arcade game! Host is quick to respond. We would def book again at this house!

Perfect place for skiers. Cozy and very clean. Very close to the Hunter mountain. Karoline helped me with places to eat and was very attentive. 100% satisfaction. I will definitely be back!

Listen I used to be a host. This is how it’s done. Gerry’s accommodations were spectacular. Felt right at home . Clean. Hot shower. Comfortable surroundings. Close to all the hot spots. Even on this quiet weekend. I plan to return very very soon
