The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
