This beautiful apartment is suitable for a couple with 2 children. HSC is a secluded homestay in Southern Cebu. We offer a quiet beachfront property perfect for a holiday environment. We have a full kitchen and amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. PLEASE note that the listing is based on 2 guests. There is a $10.00 USD charge for each additional guest. Check-in time is from 3 PM - 6 PM. After 7 PM there is a 500 PHP late fee for overtime for our caretaker. Cutoff check-in is at 9 PM.

Each unit has refrigerator, kettle , microwave and toaster. Downstairs in the communal area there are laundry ,BBQ and cooking facilities.

We are located in Basdiot, Moalboal. The word "basdiot" in cebuano, literally translates to "little sand" since the area is mostly known as a dive spot. We do have a fantastic view of the ocean. And if you are into snorkeling or diving - we're close to a beautiful and lively reef. The rooms or villas are fully airconditioned. We have hot and cold showers. A security guard is in the premises 24/7. Each room has a water dispenser. And great wifi.

Amlan ocean guest unit

A beautiful studio type smaller unit situated by the ocean in Amlan close to Dumaguete Philippines. It has high speed internet(wifi), a double bed, hot/cold shower, cable tv, wifi, air con, refrigerator and cooking facilities with utensils. Situated by a coral sanctuary for snorkeling and beautiful view of ocean. The normal occupancy is for two but we will accept a couple with a young child. Free transportation to and from airport or ferry.
