Great host, great place! We had a great time.

Sergio und seine Frau sind tolle und sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Sie haben uns beim Check-In persönlich empfangen und uns das Ferienhaus gezeigt. Die Lage im Dorf Parzanica ist ganz fantastisch mit toller Aussicht auf den See! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich in ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung. Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer Italienreise. Uns hat besonders die komplette Ausstattung (Seife, etwas Kaffee, Küchengeschirr etc.) und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung gefallen. Wir würde Sergios Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wenn man eine tolle Aussicht und eine ruhige Lage sucht. Noch eine Empfehlung für einen kurzen Spaziergang: Der Belvedere di Parzanica bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf beinahe den ganzen Iseosee!

Thank you Rodolfo and Leili for the wonderful and warm hospitality you showed us during our trip to Italy. Your personal touch and sharing with us all the beautiful places to visit helped us enjoy our visit. We really appreciate the time both of you took to make us feel welcome. Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Rosa. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und die Lage in Iseo ist absolut perfekt - zentral und trotzdem total ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Camilla war super. sie war sehr freundlich, proaktiv und hilfsbereit. Gut zu wissen: Innen war es, vor allem abends, recht kühl (wir waren dort Anfang April und wollten es insbesondere für unseren kleinen Sohn zum Krabbeln warm haben), da hat Camilla uns kurzfristig eine zusätzliche Heizung organisiert. Das wussten wir sehr zu schätzen!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

We stayed for a week and had a great time. The Villa is up a decent hill about 10-15 min walk from the ferry stop and main street but very doable. Renato and Sara were very flexible and easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and ready early for our arrival.

Ein sehr, sehr besonderer Ort mit dem schönsten Blick auf den Comer See haben kann. Das Wohnzimmer in der Glasbox ist einzigartig. Toll ausgestattete Küche, super Host. Ein perfektes Refugium. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Zwei Nachteile: 1. Zugang ist sehr Steil, bei Regen besonders schwer. Und man sollte nicht zu viel Gepäck haben. Wir hatten nur "Handgepäck" und es war relativ hart alles Rauf- und Runter zu schleppen. 2. Ameisen im Haus. Wir würden aber trotzdem wiederkommen da das Haus wirklich einzig artig ist, der Blick unschlagbar und Daniel super zuvorkommen und hilfreich.

We had a great time in this place. The view is stunning and worth the steep route going up the mountain to get in or get out of the property.. Marzia is a great host. She responded to all our questions and provided a guide of restaurants and things to do. I’d recommend people with an interest to stay a lot in the property to come here because of its beauty and its high location.

Giorgio ha sido un magnífico anfitrión, muy predispuesto a ofrecer información de restaurantes o zonas a visitar. La llegada fue rápida y flexible. La casa es preciosa con un patio muy cálido y agradable que es una delicia después de visitar la ciudad. Cocina bien equipada y geles de cortesía. Las camas muy cómodas. No dudéis en reservarla.

Such a beautiful place very airy extremely clean extremely helpful host I couldn’t have asked for more. We are a team of designers that were staying at the property for Milan design week and I have to say the Properties photos online don’t do justice for the place when we arrived, we were so pleasantly surprised at how much nicer the property was definitely five stars for this property and I am definitely staying there next year with my full team again

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Valerio. La maison est très grande , nous étions 2 familles, les deux logements indépendants étaient donc très pratique. La maison est proche du centre de Cernobbio accessible à 10 minutes à pied. Charmant village . On peut y prendre facilement le bateau pour visiter les villes autour du lac. La vue depuis la maison est agréable. Petit bémol pour le stationnement : nous avions un véhicule 9 places et il était très difficile de rentrer dans l’allée (largeur du portail étroite) et de faire demi tour. Autre point à revoir : nombreux meubles cassés : la banquette lit du salon a un pied en moins et était maintenue avec une pile de livres, lattes de lit également cassée et chaises aussi. Du mobilier extérieur aurait été appréciable car il fallait sortir la table de l’intérieur pour la mettre dehors. De même que quelques fauteuils d’extérieur pour profiter du parc et de l’ombre serait il plus. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour à Côme

Vi havde et perfekt ophold. Vi var en sto gruppe på 8 som havde to dage i boligen. Den var præcis det vi havde brug for. Vi fik hode anbefalinger fra værten og kom i kontakt med lokal bureau, som arrangerede ture for os. Stor stor anbefaling!

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

נכס גדול במיוחד עם 6 חדרי שינה. יש חדרים מותאמים לילדים קטנים. חדרי הילדים צמודים לחדרי ההורים. עשר דקות נסיעה מאגם קומו. קומו עיר מדהימה. הנכס היה נקי במיוחד. מטבח מאובזר. הרבה דשא עם נוף עוצר נשימה מהבית. חבל שלא נשארנו עוד.

We don’t know where to start!!! This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced! Perfect doesn’t do it justice! From the moment we arrived it was beyond our expectations. Giulia was like our own personal concierge, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We celebrated our anniversary, she and Carlotta prepared the most perfect private meal for us! From check-in to checkout, it was the most special experience ever! All we have to say is tears were shed when we left….we will be back very soon! Thank you Giulia , Carlotta and family for everything!!!

Katja was very good at communicating and we enjoyed the living space which was finished to a high standard. We were visiting friends in Bergamo and S. Pellegrino most of the time, as well as Lake Garda so were introduced to some excellent restaurants in those places (Baretto, Via al Costello and Osteria al Gigianca in Bergamo and La Fruslina, S.Pellegrino - highly recommended) so can’t comment on local restaurants. Air conditioning worked very well and the pool was great for cooling off in the day. Overall, a great stay and would recommend it as a base for exploring Lombardia and Milan.
