The house itself was the best-equipped rental we’ve ever experienced. Starting with the kitchen: no cheap utensils, no flimsy dishes—they didn’t cut corners. Everything felt like it was stocked by someone who actually cooks. Every little tool or item you’d expect in your own home was there. As for cleanliness—impeccable. This may have been the cleanest short-term rental we've ever stayed in. Spotless, organized, and not a single hair out of place. The location was fantastic: walking distance to downtown Menasha with its charming restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and right on the water. The hot tub was actually the reason we booked, and it absolutely delivered. High-quality Adirondack chairs added a nice touch and made it feel like home. We’re already talking about coming back—especially to try out the pontoon boat next time. Everything about this rental exceeded our (very high) standards. We own beautiful homes ourselves and expect a lot when we travel. This place lived up!

For several years we've been doing a family long weekend with our kids and their families. Usual locations have centered around the Dells area. Although the Dells area is wonderful, experiencing the Summit Road Estate and all it has to offer had our grandchildren choosing the estate over water parks. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. The floor plan provided ample space for an amazing Easter egg hunt, time spent as a family (dining room table is large enough for 10) as well as individual time away from the crowd. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to include spices. Spent a fair amount of time in the pool which includes play items and pool towels! Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. The game room provided lots to do when the pool wasn't in use as well as the various games provided. Chess was a hit as well as mouse trap. The attached garage was a nice convenience.

Excellent stay quick communication Very nice and clean . I would rate it #1 . It has everything you you need and makes it feel right at home. I would never stay no where else when visiting Green Bay . Very good for families with kids . From lotion to seasoning for food they had it. Top tier Hosting. They definitely should recieve an award from how comfortable they made there place to host guest. Was definitely home away from home

Jayme is a great hostess! House is one of the cleanest AirBnBs I’ve stay at. Had everything you could possibly need or want. Grocery store, Walgreens, and any other necessity is available. Quiet location. Beautiful sun room! House is perfect!! 5 STARS!!!!⭐️🌟🌟🌟⭐️💫

It would be hard to top all of the great reviews that Susan gets, but they are all true! The lake home is beautiful! Well thought out, with a lot of places to put your belongings and food. Guests will enjoy the light coming in from all the windows-it is bright and cheery! The view of Lake Michigan is amazing. There are endless games and activities available. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes and cook wear. Although we can't speak for all the beds, the one in the master bedroom was very comfortable so we can assume they all are. This is the cleanest place that we have ever stayed, and we have stayed at many. It was delightful communicating with Susan.

I would highly recommend this Airbnb rental! As an interior designer and vacation rental stager, I have great appreciation for all of the details that went into making this house feel like home while we were there! Everything from the welcome basket to the inviting living spaces (complete with throws) to the super clean kitchen and bathroom (with extra hooks for wet towels) to the roomie bedrooms (including crisp white bathrobes, eye masks and ear plugs) made our stay enjoyable. The entire space is tastefully decorated and definitely created an elevated hospitality experience. Job well done!!
