I had a great stay , the place was very clean & check in was very easy , the host was very friendly & responsive , also the showers are really nice !

We booked Kathi's place for a volleyball tournament at Durham College/TUO and it was PERFECT. About 1.5km from the gym, lots of everything we needed close by. The house was immaculate. It is very new and everything worked perfectly. The small appliances present were exactly what we needed. The space was well laid out so couples could socialize or have their own space. The number of bathrooms was a massive bonus. Zero issues ever as each couple basically had their own. Kathi's communication is the Platinium Standard for AirBnB. She literally had answers to us within 10 minutes every time, which wasn't often but it was a major help to know she was right there. I would highly recommend her place if you are in the Durham area. It is large, clean, well fitted/laid out, and fresh. She has also priced it fairly and I think in the area she is excellent value for what you receive.

This is our second stay at Sandra’s and we had a wonderful time! She is a very responsive and easy going host, and was very helpful throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful and perfect for large families with pets!

My son and I came to Canada for an end of the summer vacation. Sherry's home was perfect for what we needed. We spent most days driving around the Toronto area. At then end of the day it was nice to escape the busyness of Toronto and return to Sherry's place. There are several good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers in the area. The home was basic, very clean and just what we needed for our vacation.

We stayed at Lisa’s place for an extended period of time while waiting for our new home to close… The home has all the amenities to accommodate long stays.. The home office was perfect and private so being on Zoom and otherwise was easy.. We had our family pet with us and the house was just a couple doors down from a large park so it was convenient to walk the dog.. Lisa was also accommodating and accepted our early check in request but also gave us a an extremely long window to check in which was amazing.. It’s a very clean home wth lots of space… I definitely would return and strongly recommend Lisa’s place… Regards, Norman

While journeying from the UK to Port Perry, we were fortunate to stay at the Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a week in September. Situated next to a riding school, the tranquil area was perfect for relaxation. Horses grazed in the paddock beside the house – their beauty admired from a distance as per the rule 'do not touch the horses'. The house's position was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, including Port Perry, with easy access to nearby highways for visits to Oshawa, Toronto, and even Niagara Falls. The spacious house had numerous amenities, such as a basement games room and a ground floor club area with a bar. A conservatory connected to a deck and hot tub. Anthony's great communication and assistance made our stay stress-free after a long journey. I highly recommend Horse Farm Luxury Estate for a comfortable stay in Port Perry.

This house was beautiful! Comfortable and relaxing the master shower was to die for! On top of that jasmine and Keith really was proactive and attentive to us and whatever we needed they were able to supply us with and was really kind sweet and amazing couple to work with over all! Definitely will book here again

Preston was a great host. The property is beautiful with a great view in the backyard. A very clean property as well. Preston was very accommodating, and very responsive. Definitely will book again.

we really appreciated the home being clean and clutter free. The amenities allowed use to travel light and enjoy our stay. only thing I would recommend is a spaghetti strainer. Our stay was like Home away from Home. Thank you for your hospitality. Hope to come back soon.

In ALL honesty, this has been one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! The attention to detail this place has is amazing! There was a wine bottle waiting for us, snacks, chocolate, water sooo much stuff. We arrived late and didn’t get a chance to buy anything on the way this saved us! Really wasn’t expecting that. Home is beautiful brand new, super clean! Quiet calm area, wasn’t able to use the pool since it’s cold out still but I will def want to be back here in Summer. Best of all pet friendly! Thank you for a great experience Natalie your a great host and thank you for allowing us to leave a little later due to our late check in. Such a great experience.

This is the 3rd time staying with Roozbeh. We live the house has a great fenced yard for our Husky, 4BR ( one is an office) but we brought an air mattress and that worked out great. Rooz was very understanding and accommodating. We love the walking trails around the house for our daily walks with our dog. It’s very peaceful. There was construction going on at the neighbors house but it didn’t bother us. This again was the perfect setting for our annual family reunion. Definitely would recommend this home. It’s beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. There is also a grill in the backyard which we did use. The propane is permanently connected which is great not having to worry about filling tanks. Also there is upscale Samsung full size front load washer and dryer. This option truly saves us feom packing a ton of clothes! Thank you again Rooz! Till next year!

I had a fantastic stay at this safari-themed basement! The space was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making check-in a breeze. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. It was a perfect getaway, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

Я проживала в доме 3 недели вместе с младенцем. Christine самый добрый и гостеприимный хозяин из всех - для малыша была подготовлена ванночка, а на день рождения - прекрасные подарки. Дом находится в уединенном месте - обязательно нужна машина. Вокруг поля и чистейший воздух. В доме было все, что нужно для длительного комфортного пребывания, от зубной пасты до средства для мытья полов. Я чувствовала себя как дома. мебель подобрана специально для этого дома: нет никаких старых вещей или полотенец. Особенно важно - это отдельный гостевой дом, а не подвал, как большинство сдаваемого жилья за эту цену. Когда я буду в Торонто еще раз, я непременно буду оставаться только тут.

Mooi, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. De host reageerde snel op onze vragen en was zeer behulpzaam. Een mooie uitvalsbasis ca. 1 km lopen vanaf het station, waarmee je met de trein in 40 minuten in Toronto bent. In de buurt een kleine supermarkt en restaurants. We raden een wandeling langs de bay aan en in het Port restaurant kun je heerlijk dineren. Het is er druk, dus reserveren is aan te raden, maar je kunt ook op de bonnefooi gaan. De temperatuur in het appartement 24 graden is voor ons te warm, dus hebben we de deur maar open gezet. We konden inderdaad mensen horen lopen, maar voor ons was dat niet storend. Een mooie plek die we zeker aanraden.

Laiqe's place suited us well for our group of 7. Laique was very responsive and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay.

My friends and I stayed at the Pickering home for a few days visiting Toronto. This home is nestled outside of the city with a 45/55 min drive to downtown and around several of the suburban areas. The house was as pictured and exactly as described. Both host were responsive. The house rules were clearly posted and easy to follow, there were easy to follow directions printed in the house. The house was very clean and well maintained. The best hidden gem of this home is the steam shower, it is a great little experience after you end a long day.

We had a lovely time .. Marie was always on hand . We met marie in person on our last day and she honestly couldn't be nicer . I think anyone woukd be thrilled to stay here. We would certainly re book should we return . Oh and the bedding, pillows and matress were a dream ... so comfortable x
