Osa: аренда меленьких домов

We are very glad we picked to stay in one of Erick's cabins for our first few days in Drake Bay. We arrived during a tropical storm and Erick kindly arranged pick-up for us despite being only a few minutes up the road from the beach. The cabin has a fantastic view of the bay and we spotted lots of wildlife. We had arranged a Corcovado tour through Erick's company, Pacheco Tours, and he was a champion at keeping us informed of developments (through a 2-day power outage!) I can't recommended his place enough.

Great place to stay in Drake Bay! Super peaceful - perfect if you want to relax and enjoy the nature around. The cabin is surrounded by trees, and we spotted toucans, iguanas, even some macaws right from the terrace, which was amazing. The host is really kind and takes great care of the guests. You’ve got everything you need here. There's even a washing machine and a spin dryer, which is super useful in this humid part of Costa Rica. If you're coming to Drake, this place is a great choice.

Jessica est très accueillante, présente mais discrète. La piscine et la terrasse sont à 2 pas des bungalows. Pour un léger surplus, elle nous a servi un déjeuner copieux ( pâtisseries, fruits frais, thé, café, jus frais, rôties) et a fait la lessive. Nous avons vu des reptiles, des toucans, des capucins et entendu des singes hurleurs. Nous avons manqué des perroquets Ara de peu ! Environnement paisible, sécuritaire. Nous y séjournerions de nouveau.

Tout simplement l’endroit et l’expérience la plus enrichissante de notre séjour. La ferme de Yos & Osvaldo est un oasis au beau milieu de la jungle. Ce n’est pas uniquement un séjour dans une ferme costaricienne, c’est un projet ambitieux, une expérience authentique dans un coin reculé du Costa Rica géré par deux personnes exceptionnelles de part leur courage et les nombreux savoir de la vie/survis dans la forêt. Un grand merci à Yos pour son hospitalité et à Osvaldo pour les conversations très intéressantes sur la faune et la flore, le bricolage et la vie en général. Si vous voulez vivre une “aventure” au Costa Rica : vous êtes au bon endroit ici.

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were very pleased with the place!!! It is up a mountain and away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Uvita and everything you need! It feels like your own little piece of paradise surrounded by wild life and lots of beautiful plants. We saw a monkey in the tree upon arrival. The river is so close that you can hear it and it’s super peaceful!! Very beautiful water falls near by, the national park, and the beach!!! I will say I don’t know if we would’ve made it up the mountain and to the resort without a 4x4! Also, I must note that the upstairs and downstairs unit are separate. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs. So, if you’re like me and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you do have to go outside and downstairs to use the bathroom!!! But it was really no problem. Incredible place for the price! Highly recommend 😌

Beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfasts, comfortable bed and good recommendations from the host (visit la Cusinga for a drink or food and enjoy the beautiful view and the walking trails around the property!). If you have a 4x4 and want a more quiet stay, I’d recommend this place!

Fui a visitar el lugar con mi esposa por motivo de nuestro segundo aniversario y todo fue perfecto. Accesar al lugar fue súper sencillo, el aseo que para mí es lo más importante; impecable. Tenía ciertas dudas en cuánto a la privacidad, pues otros huéspedes decían que la habitación estaba al lado de la calle principal y pues nosotros dormimos como un bebé, nunca escuchamos nada. Y no, la habitación no está nada cerca de la calle principal. El desayuno (no incluido) estuvo delicioso y muy nutritivo. Pero lo mejor de todo fue Emanuel; nuestro host. De verdad se tomó el tiempo por conocernos y hacernos sentir como en casa. De explicarnos el lugar y recomendaciones de la zona. No fuimos otro huésped, fuimos verdaderos invitados. En fin, 10/10, al punto que esperamos volver pronto. Gracias por todo.

I don’t know how you put a price on peace. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff at Rama, the surroundings and how safe I felt traveling solo and staying for a month. This place felt like a vibrant yet peaceful reprieve from the noise of the world. Nature was everywhere and it was such a beautiful experience and stay.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía, amamos el aire acondicionado en la habitación, la cama es muy espaciosa y cómoda, se sentía mucha paz y pudimos apreciar un atardecer bellísimo, la cocina está completa! todo muy bonito, fueron sumamente comunicativos con nosotros y muy pendientes! muy agradecidos.

Bei unserem Aufenthalt in dem Airbnb von Kimberly hat alles den Erwartungen an die Unterkunft entsprochen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. In dem Airbnb gab es abends öfters Stromausfälle. Diese waren aber immer nur sehr kurz und haben deshalb nicht gestört. Die Unterkunft ist für einen Aufenthalt zur Besichtigung des Corcovado Nationalparks gut geeignet.

Yorleni's cabin is amazing - just as the pics show. The living areas face directly into the forest and you feel at one with nature, yet have all the great amenities of a modern home. We enjoyed viewing beautiful birds and butterflies as we sat in the living areas and kitchen - too cool! The woodwork throughout the cabin is beautiful and kitchen, bathroom and bedroom perfect. The bed was extremely roomy and comfortable with a high powered ceiling fan above to keep you cool. The place was so peaceful that we hated to leave. A great little cabin that we'll definitely try to visit again!

The place was great and like the pictures. Great experience and definitely need a 4wd vehicle. Communication was good and the video to get to the placed helped out tremendously. Would recommend

El departamento es muy cómodo para dos personas, Uvita es muy chico entonces nos quedó cerca de todo. Ideal para tomar tours en el parque Marino Ballena. La terraza muy linda y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar sin problemas lo necesario.

superschöne Holzhütte, mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, super Anlage, Hütte im Dschungelpark mit viel Privatsphäre und Tierbeobachtungen, alles wird gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, wir wären auch gerne länger geblieben, absolute TOP-Empfehlung von uns.

Chris is an excellent host. The location is beautiful. Full of all things nature, friendly guests, loveable dogs, delicious fruit, great music and vibes. I've been to Costa Rica a couple of times and this is definetly the place I'll stay on my next trip.

We spent an incredible 3 nights here. What an experience! So much wildlife! Howler, squirrel, and capuchin monkeys all over the place. Constant macaw and Amazon parrot chatter, plus basilisks, bats, and small caimans. It was amazing. So private and quiet. Such a positive change of pace from the overcrowded guided tours that are so prevalent in Costa Rica. I spent hours wandering the trails and wading up and down the river. Lack of A/C was not a problem as the fans kept the sleeping conditions quite nice. We did have a couple of our own blankets which I’m glad we brought for added comfort. Kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked all of our own meals. Stephanie is a super friendly and responsive host. Would definitely stay there again. Only word of caution is regarding the wifi: It works most of the time and was fine for emails and basic browsing but if you’re a full time digital nomad and need stable enough internet for Zoom calls etc it may be a challenge.

Un lugar tan maravilloso para quedarse. Paisajes hermosos por todos lados, tranquilo, piscina agradable y buen desayuno. Nos encantó tanto que extendimos nuestra estancia dos veces. Gracias de nuevo.

Logement dans la jungle entouré de singes et plein d'oiseaux. Hote très accueillant, souriant, serviable ainsi que sa famille. Avec mes amies, nous avons vécu dans ce coin de paradis pendant 4 nuits et quelle deconnection incroyable. Je ne peux que recommander ce merveilleux logement, qui est mille fois mieux que les photos/attentes, très belle expérience qui enjolivera votre voyage ! Merci à Erickson et sa famille !!

Great place to stay if you’re traveling to Ojochal. The house had everything I needed. Very cozy. I work online and the WiFi was good. Beautiful property and wonderful hosts! Very kind, helpful and accommodating. I appreciated it being new to this area of Costa Rica. The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. The hammock was great for lounging and the pool was nice to cool off in the afternoons. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

What a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! I have stayed at a lot of places in Costa Rica, and this is surely one of the best. Kim and Maj are incredible hosts, feeling like family immediately. Going above and beyond for me in so many ways. The guesthouse is simply perfect with incredible views. The little kitchen has everything one needs to cook a tasty meal. And the bird life is fantastic! I look forward to returning :)
