We are delighted to be able to offer this rustic holiday home situated on the Costa Blanca in a quaint coastal village outside of the bustling towns of Villajoyosa and Benidorm. The house is a 10-minute drive away from the beaches and enjoys 360-degree views of the surrounding Sierras. The property is quirky with plenty of original features. There are bars, restaurants, a modern gym and pool complex. Also, it is the perfect base for hikers who wish to take on the mountains.

Finca Bienchen (w/Private Infinity Swimming Pool)

Finca Bienchen is a three-bedroomed Finca (country house) with a private infinity pool, set atop its own valley overlooking the village of Relleu, and Moorish ruins, in the Alicante region on the Costa Blanca. We have an outdoor covered dining terrace, sun terrace, open fire, BBQ (local outdoor fire restrictions permitting) & covered outdoor tables by the pool. Relleu village is a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive down the valley, Villa Joyosa is a 25-minute drive.
