Located in the town of Ortigueira, this apartment overlooks its estuary, close to beaches and exotic coves, within walking distance of a seaside promenade (restaurants, shops, bars), its town center, and its marina. A very bright apartment with spectacular views of the Ortigueira Estuary, its wide estuary, and the natural beauty of its changing seas. Carefully decorated with a sensitive personal style born of distant and exotic experiences, it offers its residents all the necessary comforts for a vacation experience after days of discovery, leisure, and a peaceful life, in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Pets are not allowed This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.). It will be collected separately by the room prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (48h. after the Check-out day)

Posee en la parte baja una cocina/salón amplio con chimenea francesa y un baño, en la planta superior se encuentras las 3 habitaciones, esta planta con salida al patio y acceso a la parte exterior de la casa, donde se encuentra un cenador con una gran galería con vistas a la ría, equipado de cocina, barbacoa, baño y una zona de confort. Un lugar UNICO y ENTRAÑABLE

La vivienda dispone de punto de recarga tipo 2 - 7,4 kw. para vehículos eléctricos ⚡️

A beautiful stone house recently restored situated in a quiet cul de sac 7 kmts away from the town of Cedeira. A small town on the coast where you can find all the amenities you need. Upon entering you will find a very comfortable open plan living space, kitchen,dining area and living room. There is also a ground floor bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, both with onsuite. There's a porch for outdoor dinning and a BBQ. All linen, towels and a welcome pack are provided.

House perfectly fits for a couple but can be used by family with 2 children.

The Water's Edge

The house is spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the Ortigueira Estuary and colorful sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and BBQ. Just 3 min from town and 5 min to the beach. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is only the bottom floor of the house that is being rented. The top floor is an empty loft, used only for storage. Guests can be assured that they will not be sharing the space, or the garden, with anyone else.

The house is surrounded by a private hedged garden and has beautiful views of the Ortigueira estuary. 2 minute drive or 18 min walk to several beaches!
