Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero sotto casa si attraversa la scala e tramite qualche scalino si arriva alla nostra casetta. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.
