This apartment was just a couple short blocks from downtown with a dedicated parking space. It was simple, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay including all kitchen essentials, washer and dryer in unit, and extra towels. The added bonus included TV’s in bedrooms and adjustable beds which go up and down.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

Very nice apartment. Was perfect for what we needed while in town visiting family. Close to North Auburn and all the great places to visit.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

Everything was simply PERFECT! So clean and fresh with beautiful decor accents! The furnishings were very comfortable and great bedroom accommodations. The interior design is extremely well planned with privacy for all guests. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a more charming, wonderful place to stay!
