Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of. We were greeted with an abundance of treats to start our vacation. This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever stayed at. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and describing their home on the listing. They even surprised our family with a sweet gift when we left.

Honestly, this is going to be hard to beat tor a first Airbnb stay with my wife, a short weekend getaway. Marissa went out of her way to accommodate my requests, which would’ve been easy to say no to, but instead she did so enthusiastically. The mostly private deck, complete with hot tub, fire pit, and decor indoors give an overall intimate setting while literally having wildlife around you and even directly overhead. The bird life here is spectacular. The bonus plant side room is cool too. It’s quite literally everything Florida can offer in this hidden gem, coupled with an awesome host, I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong staying here and a high chance my wife and I will be back.

Carla’s home is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna. It is very clean and spacious with 3 spread out bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and the touches in the home were great. There are mirrors and tissue boxes in bedrooms, well supplied toiletries, paper towels and pantry items. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. Very clean and inviting. A 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 5 to Flagler Ave with the restaurants and shopping. Excellent location on a quiet street. Highly recommend this place.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The pictures looked nice, but there were little things that really stand out that don’t do it justice. We were thrilled to have our own private pool, fire pit and cabana to relax with our family. The owners are very friendly and respond promptly. The entire property is neat and clean. We can’t wait to come back!

Staying at Anne's residence was everything as advertised. The house was comfortable; we felt like we were home. We will absolutely look to stay here again in the future!

The place itself is practically brand new, and it was spotless — extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate my whole family and kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and comfort really made our experience memorable. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay!

My family and I stayed here visiting family that live in town. There were 13 of us total ranging in ages from 70’s to infant. The house was absolutely perfect for every member of our family! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable! It was fully stocked to make us feel right at home. We did not have any issues with our stay and if in town again we would definitely pick to stay here again. 10/10 recommended!

Great place to stay! We just loved our stay & wished we could stay longer. The place was peaceful and yet close to everything you may need or want.
