First of all, Jose and his family are very kind and make it clear that they want you to be comfortable in their guest house. They answer all questions promptly and are also very respectful of their guests privacy (which we really appreciated)! We needed an extra blanket and they brought one over. It smelled super clean; which was so comforting! The backyard is also extremely comfortable with the jacuzzi and kayaks (which we unfortunately did not have time to use this visit). The house is very close to many restaurants and a grocery store - actually all within walking distance in a very safe neighborhood. FYI: There is a space at the top of the wall that separates the bedrooms (so if there is a snorer in your group, be aware of this).😂 The family is very nice and we would stay here again if the property was available. The price is right, as is the neighborhood..and with free kayaking! You can’t beat that! Thanks to the family for providing us with such a lovely stay!

What a wonderful stay!!! My family and I traveled to FL for Christmas and stayed in a few Airbnbs, this was by far the best! The home was beautiful and extremely clean. It was well stocked with all you need to enjoy a short or long stay. Truly a 5 star experience! We’d absolutely stay here again.

This was a very beautiful, clean and super spacious home in such a pretty area. It’s very close to New Smyrna. We stayed here for a wedding in Mims and it wasn’t a bad drive at all. We enjoyed being able to ride the bikes to the nearby park and wish we would’ve had more time to kayak. We especially loved drinking our morning coffee on the beautiful, large front porch and had fun playing pool in the evenings. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessities. We would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends and family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Fabulous. Very clean house, very well stocked, and it’s hard to imagine a better or more dynamic view. The location is one-of-a-kind. The hosts are very responsive. Stay there if you can!

We were in town visiting a friend and the location was perfect! Easy check in/checkout. The kitchen had everything you’d need. We loved the record player and albums. Nice touch!!

This was, by far, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. There is so much I’d like to say, but I’ll just leave a few key points for a quick read. A few of my girl friends and I retreated here. Here’s what we thought. ⭐️ Large & Beautiful Property: The land this house sits on is wonderful. Excellent for outdoor activities. The back yard and river face the east, so expect beautiful sunrises by the river. During our stay we had a peaceful session of Sunrise Pilates. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend! ⭐️ House Interior: Including myself, we had six ladies in total during our stay. This home accommodated all six of us exceptionally. The cabin is deceptively spacious. We rarely bumped into each other due to lack of space. My favorite room in the house was the kitchen. It’s where we all spent most of our time. They have everything cooking utensils you’d possibly need. ⭐️ Amenities: The listing writes no false statements. All the games and water sports you could ask for. Book It

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Fun and cozy place to spend the weekend. The backyard was great and the host was kind enough to leave a few snacks for the visit. Highly recommend this home!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Great location & beautiful beach at the end of the street (5min or less walk). Very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The stocked storage room with beach accessories was more than we could’ve asked for. We plan to return the next time we vacation in Palm Coast!

This is our 2nd time staying at EJs- it’s so comfortable and it’s filled with amenities along with a great hot tub and a beautiful view! So much room in this house! It’s a favorite of ours and we will likely be back next year!
