We absolutely loved our four nights' stay to celebrate our anniversary and husband's retirement! We chose this place after looking at dozens of possibilities and SO happy we picked the right one for such a special occasion! Beautiful corner view, relaxing living space, comfortable bed, and the shower had the best water pressure! The deck was great for watching the sunrise and unwinding after a day out. Furniture was cozy for watching TV and relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed for fixing snacks and drinks. We really enjoyed breakfast at nearby Roberts Place Cafe and coffee at Cat Island Coffeehouse. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, and it was nice to feel like we actually lived there and not just staying someplace.

We really enjoyed the condo! It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen to cook in. The towels and linens were quality. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. We also really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Check-in was simple and we were able to begin enjoying our vacation right away. The only small glitch was the unit was advertised with a "Free Coupon for Baachus on the beach at Check In" and we did not receive this.

My Girls Trip was truly complete with this place to call home for the week and the scenery was incredible! Literally the most peaceful part of Louisiana on down to the residents. Would definitely Recommend! Felt completely safe and right at home. The space looks exactly how it did in the pictures honestly way better! Cherish was a great host very informative and a call/text away!

Everything was amazing honestly. Felt very homey and very clean. I loved the amazing view from the balcony & the nice comfortable beds with spotless bathrooms. I will most definitely be booking again .

This was perfect for a work trip in the area. It’s always great to find a space that feels like a home away from home. I’ll echo some of the previous reviews and recommend bringing earplugs (I use Loops when I travel) due to upstairs apartment noise and loud I’m guessing frogs and geese in the pond outside the window. Otherwise, I would still stay here again because I can manage that! The beds were comfy and amenities worked well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was a great cozy studio rental and was exactly what we were looking for. Barbara was very accommodating and was friendly and welcoming.

The place was exactly what we needed. Close to fishing, quiet and clean. Ron had great communication and was quick to respond.

Gradham was absolutely awesome and amazing definitely an above and beyond host who was super helpful and welcoming definitely plan on staying here everytime i come in new Orleans

We had the best time experiencing the natural and urban cultures in the bayou! Henry’s place is amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated and fun! Crabbing, fishing, hot tubbing, cooking and relaxing in…and venturing into NOLA was so easy with so much to explore …and a day beach trip to Bay St. Louis was a nice surprise with gorgeous and clean white sandy beaches for miles and a cute seaside town. What a gem of a spot! A perfect blend of relaxation and exploration! The perfect family adventure!

We stayed at the East Camptons for 6 days, would definitely come back! It was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, in between NO and Slidell. My husband fished off the docks and used the crab traps. I had coffee on the dock or deck every morning to see the beautiful sunrise. The fish factory next door was somewhat noisy but from previous reviews we were prepared and it didn’t interfere with our time at all. It was interesting to watch the boats coming and going and the birds they attracted. The space under the house doesn’t have the “kitchen” in the pictures but it does have a grill. The king bed was super comfy. Patty and Janet were promptly responsive with a couple of questions I had. Be prepared if there is wind the house sways a bit (felt like when you’re sittingin your car on a bridge) apparently this is normal with a house on pillars. I highly recommend eating at The Palmettos on the Bayou in Slidell, close with a great atmosphere.

This was easily the best Airbnb me and my family have ever stayed it. It's around 40 mins from th city of New Orleans with peaceful surroundings right off the lake. Nice and quiet area and the house is beautiful. This was our first time staying at a lake house and it was everything we imagined it would be. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating. Will most likely book again in the future.

Worth every penny. Gorgeous house with gorgeous views! Peaceful place to zen away. The dock for fishing and crabbing was a bonus. So much room to stretch around the house. Will definitely come back.

Can't say enough about Pelican Pier Beach House. Spotless, beautifully decorated home with serene views of Lake Catherine. Owner provides many of the necessities and complimentary coffee pods and supplies. We are repeat visitors and would never consider anyplace else because we love it. Great fishing and crabbing. We highly recommend and we will be back.

A lovely home right on the water. I was worried about stayng in a home on a “highway” with a dog but the road was quiet and we felt safe with the doggie outside (on a leash!) Fishing off the dock was not successful but we did a charter and had great luck! We loved our day trips into NOLA too! Loved it!

Wonderfully secluded, beautiful condo complex with an amazing view, swimming pool, and beach.

We had an amazing time at your beautiful condo. We rented the condo for my son’s wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. The bride and her bridesmaids all got ready in the condo and it was perfect!! Couldn’t have found a better place to stay!! Thank you Sue for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo!! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Paul’s unit was comfortable, convenient, and has a great view of the gulf.

Loved the place. Literally a few feet from the Bayou. Very quiet & peaceful and was perfect for my month-long business trip. Cynthia is great!

Beau Clair is a very nice and well kept complex in Long Beach right across the highway from the gulf. Gwen’s condo is very clean and well furnished with everything you need. It is a very quiet and peaceful area that is convenient to local attractions. Everything was as described in her listing. If you are looking for a bustling area with crowds and heavy traffic, this won’t be your cup of tea. If you want miles of quiet clean beaches, this is the ticket. There are restaurants galore and everything else is within driving distance, such as grocery stores and casinos. We had a great week and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Kenneth's condo. We felt very secure since the complex is gated. Everything was very comfortable and the condo was one of best stocked with everything you need. I really appreciated there was coffee since I had forgotten to bring some. We especially loved the large pool!
