Your experience begins with a 10 minute introductory lesson on how to behave around a horse, how mount a horse, and how to ride. We then embark on an exclusive access 70 minute trail ride to the Lake Proctor Wilderness area and a chance to explore undeveloped Florida. We’ll venture through various ecosystems that make up the 475 acre Lake Proctor Wilderness area. Pine scrub, pine flatwoods, sandhill and bayhead swamps covered all of Central Florida when Conquistadors and settlers explored these lands long before Disney. Each is a distinct eco system, and change before your eyes as thick palmettos and tall pines lead into sprawling oaks heavy with Spanish Moss and resurrection ferns. Trails bright with lichens and moss give way to brackish waters and rich black mud. As we loop back toward home, keep an eye out for bald eagles, sandhill cranes, pileated woodpeckers, a gopher tortoise, and maybe even a gator. Other things to note There is a weight limit of 215. No previous horseback riding experience is required. Any allergies to insects, horses, grass or in general must be disclosed.

Your experience will begin in the barn connecting with and grooming - head to toe - your miniature horse. You'll be brushing the mane, tail and body. You’ll also learn how to clean their hooves. "A healthy horse has healthy feet" We will share some fun facts about horses.... are you aware of their two blind spots? What does ear position tell you about your horse? You'll learn three basic commands - walk, whoa, and around and then choose to further explore the West Orange Trail and enjoy a beautiful scenic walk, side by side with your highly trained miniature horse or stay on property and challenge yourself with our obstacles in our Training Center. Paddle in our gorgeous local paradise right in Orlando! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We love beginners (and experienced too). This paddle experience is kid friendly, family friendly and even Dog Friendly. We'll meet at the boat ramp on Lake Ivanhoe. It's one of Orlando's most beautiful spring-fed (and critter free) waterways. If you have a large group, please come find us at (Epic Paddle Adventures) We can accommodate large groups. We will teach you to Stand Up Paddle or Kayak and have you feeling like a pro in no time! We'll stay by your side and take lots of pictures of your experience as we guide you through the lake for an awesome, memorable experience. This is a great way to enjoy nature safely and the whole family can enjoy being on the water together as we have a board for everyone. We usually see fish, otters, turtles, birds, and more. We do not see alligators or manatees here. When you leave this experience you will have a new skill you can take on many new adventures in the future! Come experience the wonderful world of the honeybee where we encourage you to take pictures. We begin our 1 1/2 hour experience near Tampa, Florida. I have several different locations to choose from ranging from Farm to urban areas. The address showing will not necessarily be the place that you will have your experience. I can be flexible as to location. We will begin with a demonstration of the equipment utilized in beekeeping as well as dressing up in our full bee suits and then immediately start the hands-on experience. At this point you will be able to see, feel, hear and touch apis mellifera (the European honey bee!) as I guide you to a better understanding of these amazing creatures. During our time together you will manipulate equipment, ask questions and get a practical appreciation of the bees. After, you will enjoy a refreshment while we discuss your recent experiences. Upon completion, we provide a 5 oz honey jar and honey dipper to say thank you and as a memento of being a beekeper for a day! Things to note: There is always a chance of getting stung, So if you are allergic to bees please come with your epi-pen or choose a different experience. We want you to come away from this feeling alive and in tune with the natural world. The climate here can be hot and humid or cold and damp, please dress accordingly. You will be wearing a full bee suit.

This experience is most thoroughly enjoyed on our super stable paddleboards, even if you don't stand. But we do have kayaks if that is your preference. Please be sure to let us know that. Our default vessel is a paddleboard. Meet me on shore at Lake Ivanhoe, one of Orlando's most unique and gorgeous lakes. Lake Ivanhoe is centrally located just north of Downtown. Lined with ancient cypress trees, the lake is home to bald eagles and other lake birds as well as otters, fish and turtles. There are no alligators in Lake Ivanhoe so you can relax in safety. Water has always been my favorite environment to practice yoga and meditation. It is the place where I feel the most connected to nature and to myself. It is my honor to share this environment with guests. We will paddle a short distance to warm up. Then we'll settle into our relaxing water environment and anchor near shore. It is not necessary to know how to paddle or practice yoga already. We love beginners and this session is geared toward that. Experienced yogis will be given modifications to challenge themselves. After a gentle yoga practice, you will be led through a guided meditation with specially chosen music for your experience. After the guided meditation, you will be invited to stay immersed in the environment for a few minutes under the watchful eye of your instructor. You will not be in the water but wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little damp. You'll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and close to Mother Nature and the universe.

We will visit the most exclusive and hidden Prohibition era styled Speakeasies/bars in Orlando. Go through a store, go through a restaurant, hidden doors, sliding walls to try Orlando's world recognized award winning mixology. No obvious bars that are noticeable from the outside.
