The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). We love hosting guests on our farm, in our cozy cottage with beauty, peace and quiet, trails, fishing, and mountain air.

There is a Kroger, Wendy's and McDonald's across the street. The unit has a comfortable couch to enjoy while watching the 43” 4k TV or taking a nap. The kitchenette is somewhat sparse since there isn't a stove. It has a microwave, air fryer + utensils. The keypad entry is great for 24 hr access and last minute bookings.

The Hunker Inn is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment attached to The Hunkerdown, a family friendly coffee shop in a historic general store. It is also within a few miles of the quaint historic town of Union, Second Creek Fly fishing, the Greenbrier River, and Moncove Lake.
