This is our second Easter at Yasumi, after having such a wonderful time last year we came again. Lisa has the perfect space for families, comfortable and well maintained, everything you need and the added bonus of being able to take our dog, in an enclosed yard. We love this space and will definitely visit again. It’s directly across from the beach and perfectly located. Absolutely sensational. Great place to spend Easter and the school Holidays! Highly recommend!

Absolutely magical stay at the Lobster Pot Cabin! This was hands down the cutest house we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully prepared, right down to the linens and perfectly curated decor. Heidi has put so much love and attention into every detail, from the fully equipped kitchen to the helpful tips on where to go and what to see. It felt like we were experiencing the very heart of Tasmania. The welcome cheese and bubbles were such a thoughtful touch so thank you Heidi xx Heidi! I’ll admit, I shed a tear when we had to leave. Comfortable & functional accommodation in a spectacular location. Host is super helpful!

A perfect spot near Freycinet National Park. We really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for access to the park. As an extra bonus, we also found good eating spots nearby. Views from the front deck were spectacular, particularly sunset.

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

Michelle’s home is very beautiful and comfortable to stay it ! The view is stunning and there’s lots of ammenities, we wished we could have stayed longer to have time to use the fireplace and enjoy the outdoor patio more! Thank you so much

This was a great place for a family gathering of 2 couples, 4 singles and 3 children. We all found beds (with a bit of adaptability)over the 5 sleeping rooms The gathering areas were good also, with two slightly separate seating areas within the one big space so the chn could play on their screens away from us. The table tennis table was also a great hit. It was lovely that all 11 of us could sit around the dining table for meals. Outside sitting areas were also very comfortable. The beach was just a bit of a walk from the back door through a well defined bush track. Swansea provided a great IGA for meal prep and a nice coffee shop or two. A lovely holiday. Thank you Donnalee and Pete. You were great hosts.

Jason was a great host. Responsive. Facilities great for families. The horses and sheep were a highlight for the kids. Waking up to the mist and sunrise over the water was magical.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orford Pavilion, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations, providing the ultimate sanctuary amidst nature's embrace. As a Tasmanian local, finding a nearby retreat that allows for true disconnection can be challenging, but this property offered a complete sanctuary where I felt fully disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The walking trails leading to the coastline unveiled picture-perfect spots where we were fortunate enough to witness a stunning full moon. The views are breathtaking. We also relished refreshing dips in the heated pool and enjoyed meditation sessions in the yoga studio. The open-plan design features soaring cathedral ceilings, abundant natural light, and stylish interiors that blend seamlessly with the breathtaking bushland. T attention to detail throughout the entire property is impeccable, with spaces thoughtfully arranged to allow for privacy if you were a larger group. Cannot wait to return!

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

We stayed here with out two children and had an incredible weekend. The location is absolutely stunning and the bay was safe and sheltered. After a day kayaking, swimming and fishing, it was so nice to curl infront of the wood fire with a book. A beautiful Tassie getaway!

Little Bali is a beautiful home away from home, fully stocked with everything you might need. Lots of extra blankets, heaps of kitchen items, good wifi, puzzles, games and toys. The whole place has been decorated with so much love and care - we couldn’t stop saying WOW! at every turn. The outdoor settings are numerous and so comfortable, while the interiors are warm and welcoming. We made use of the many daybeds, the picnic tables, the sauna and outdoor shower! I cannot rate this property highly enough, it was truly one of the most magical places we have ever stayed. Perfect for families too. We love Little Bali!

Really comfortable and homely stay. Very well equipped and setup kitchen, loved the three separate TV rooms, location was amazing. We really loved the place. Would stay again anytime.

I can't thank Paquita enough for allowing us to host our very intimate wedding at The Pearl. It is an incredible, special, beautiful place. The Pearl is somehow even more beautiful in person, and the pristine beach at our doorstep was a ln incredible bonus. Hosting our immediate family for dinner on the back verandah as the sun was setting, listening to the ocean and watching the sun set over the water, is now one of my most treaured memories. We are already talking about staying again. Paquita went above and beyond as a host - providing recommendations for local florists, celebrants, hair stylists etc - and even left us a beautiful congratulations card and gift. A fantastic location right on the beach. The interiors are tastefully decorated with a well-designed layout, plenty of areas to chill out, and ample storage space for a longer term stay. We also enjoyed the selection of books and magazines. There’s a fabulous jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom, and it was so relaxing to go for walks on the beach and fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of waves. It’s well worth stopping at a larger supermarket before you get there to stock up with any food or other supplies you might need, so you can maximise your peaceful and relaxing stay.
