Very nice four bedroom house. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything needed for cooking a meal. Showers strong. Good washer and dryer. Pool table in the basement is great! Only drawback was since we are in wintertime did not get to use the pool! Would stay again 100%.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The pool room was a perfect setup to swim, relax, and hang out together. We loved the warm pool, hot tub, and sauna. The saltwater pool was a nice surprise and so much better to be in all day. Our kids loved the play room! They had a fun space all to themselves. With the gym area, this place has it all to keep everyone entertained. Overall, this place was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances. It is an older home so expect some normal wear. For us, it was lovely and perfect. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent amenities for both adults and children.

This property was so conveniently located for all our trips needs. Slept like a baby every night. Everything was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the single level as stairs can be difficult for my family. Was sad when it was time to checkout. Will definitely book again next time in Toledo.

Very nice and cozy spot with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. The condo was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of downtown restaurants. The pool right on the lake was the topping on the cake. If we come back, we'd stay here again.

We were in the area for work and definitely loved our stay here. Would definitely come back for work or vacation.

This place is awesome. So many things to do in the house to keep kids occupied when it’s cold or rainy.

We loved staying at Jenny’s place. It’s wonderful inside and a great location in Toledo. I hope to stay there again in the future.

Had a comfortable stay at Vincent’s!

Everything about our stay was great. The only issue that we had while here was the Internet being so unreliable tried to troubleshoot it myself by unplugging, router, etc. still didn’t fix the issues that we’re having and the issue actually was the connection to the Internet once our devices were connected, there was no issue.

For anglers, this was the perfect place....close enough to boat landings and to stores if you needed to pick up supplies. There was enough room for 8 adult men NOT sleeping in the same beds and plenty of room for eating and socializing. There was a bonus fridge/freezer in the basement which would be beneficial for everyone's drinks, especially in the summer...and the chest freezer on the back patio was perfect for freezing fish fillets for traveling home. The stairs were difficult to maneuver going up and down to some of the bedrooms, and you had to stay mindful of the ceiling angles upstairs. Keeping the tall and elderly people in the downstairs bedrooms proved helpful. We could park 3 rigs in the driveway and there were outlets and lights on the garage for convenient boat battery charging. Were going to stay here next year, and keep coming back. Landon was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the place was perfect. He was accommodating for our large group, and the place is just so special. He has truly thought of everything - this place has comfortable furnishings, snacks, amazing coffee set up, truly just above and beyond in every way. Thanks!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy beds (all 6 of our guests) enjoyed a good night’s rest every night. The host prob invested in good mattresses. It was well worth it. The property also close to tennis sites as communicated. Hosts were quick to communicate and respond to all our questions. We were also low maintenance families that enjoyed each other’s company and property was perfect size for that. Would def stay in property if we played in tournament site again.

Terrific house! Great location and wonderfully peaceful neighborhood. Felt right at home in this beautiful and spotless house. Having no a garage to put the car into was wonderful. We will be back for sure!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Steve’s place - it rocks! Steve is a GREAT host - very responsive, flexible, and honest. The accommodations are exactly as described - everything is very modern and extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed for 10 days over the 2024 Holidays, where we visited our daughter on a farm near Blissfield, MI and I worked remotely from Amy's place. The house was a high quality stone cottage built in what I'd guess were the 1920s or 30s, reminiscent of the home in which Kay grew up in Mt. Morris, Michigan in the 1950s. Prints of Amy's watercolors throughout the home were beautiful and unique. We especially enjoyed the stone fireplace in the family room and the glassed-in sun porch. The location was on a quiet residential street but with great access to major streets with lots of restaurants, services, and all kinds of shopping within a few blocks. Amy responded quickly when we texted her, and proved to be very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely try to book again when we visit our daughter in the future.
