A 15 minute drive to downtown Palisade and Grand Junction, and 5 minutes to 1 hour's drive to amazing year-round outdoor recreation, including hiking, biking, skiing, agritourism, festivals and wineries. Our brand new garage apartment is walking distance from CMU, downtown, and Lincoln Park! Easily bike or walk to morning coffee, the riverfront, or take a short drive to Lunch Loops for mountain biking and hiking (our favorite!) We have a Nespresso machine or french press for morning coffee, washer/dryer, non-toxic shampoo & conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and any kitchen appliances you may need during your stay. Also provided a pack n play, high chair, and baby items for families :)

Orchard Suite with kitchen and horse facilities

The base rental area is 1100 square feet most of which has an 10 ft ceiling. It includes a comfortable living room/dining room and separate bedroom. It has a king bed and dresser, a couch seating area with TV, a table and chairs for dining, a full kitchen, and a small bathroom with shower. A laundry facility is available for extended stay guests by request. For travelers transporting horses, there is a one-acre, post-and-rail fenced pasture and stall at an additional fee upon arrival.

The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.
