There are 3 apartments in the building in total. This apartment is located on an elevated first floor. There is an elevator in the building. The lowest floor has a space for a gym and will be equipped in the nearest future. The gym will be available for all the residents. The apartment is located close to Rustaveli avenue on a quiet street.

Newly renovated, high-ceiling, full of light and spacious apartment in the landmark building - Hotel de Londres, which opened in 1875. The building features breathtaking staircase and is located in the heart of the city, surrounded with parks, museums, Dry Bridge, Presidential Palace and 10 minutes walk from the Old City. High-speed Wifi for remote workers, no ethernet cable, but the Wifi is pretty fast! *please do not ask for a deal outside Airbnb. Respect the rules!

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.

Our very unique and special apartment is located in the historic building in the most cental place of Tbilisi. Most of the attractions and touristic sighs are easily accessible by foot. The apartment has terrace with the view of symbols of tbilisi: Tbilisi Satelite, Funicular, Mama daviti and mountain Mtatsminda. While being located in the heart of Tbilisi, the street itself is very peaceful and quiet at night.
