Ivan's beautifully appointed and stylish apartment is only a short walk from Murter yet peaceful and easily accessible by car. It also has a beautiful outdoor space with comfortable furniture and a lovely pool. Ivan is a great host too. He was communicative, friendly, very helpful, and even arranged an unforgettable private boat trip around the islands complete with dolphin sightings! Highly recommended.

Nagyon jó volt Josipnál a szállás, kiválóan felszerelt, modern, hatalmas terekkel, gyönyörű kilátással. Plusz pont hogy kisállatot is vihettünk. Minden nagyon szuper volt.

Notre séjour chez Filip s'est très bien passé. Filip et sa mère nous ont bien accueilli et Filip nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires. Filip et sa mère sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement correspond parfaitement à nos attentes.

Hervorragend gepflegte und und tolle Wohnung, von welcher man in wenigen Minuten am Strand ist.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne, unvergessliche Wochen in Biograd, in der Wohnung Ivana, verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, die Kommunikation klappte ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden mit kühl gestellten Getränken zur Ankunft und mit frischem Obst und Gemüse überrascht. Das Apartment ist in einer ruhigen Lage. Hervorragend, sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber...genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment ist perfekt mittig gelegen in Dalmatien...so das wir sowohl Zadar aber auch Sibenik/KRKA Wasserfälle oder unter anderen Primosten uvm besuchen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Apartment zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Lejligheden er velindrettet og ligger rigtig godt i byens centrum med caféer, restauranter og butikker samt stranden og havnen med sejlforbindelser lige uden for døren. Der var et leben af mennesker på gaden og på spisestederne og på den lille scene på havnen, som bidrog til en god stemning. Er man meget sensitiv overfor lyde er lejligheden dog ikke ideel af samme grund, da man kan høre folk på gaden sent om aftenen og tidligt om morgenen. For os var det dog intet problem, vi kan godt lide lyden af liv og mennesker. Sengene er gode og aircondition på begge etager fungerer rigtig godt. Da vi ankom stod der frugt og kiks og vin til os. Veronika var meget hjælpsom med alle spørgsmål og sendte links til nærliggende strande og udflugtsmål. Parkeringen ligger i fem minutters gåafstand fra lejligheden, men fungerer perfekt med det parkeringskort, som er tilknyttet lejligheden. Vi drømmer allerede om at vende tilbage en dag.

Praktisk, moderne og fin hytte med kjempefin terasse som vi benyttet mye. Det er bygget en hytte foran som ikke er med på bildene. Dette gjør at utsynet ikke er like bra som det fremstår. 2 minutter å gå til strand, restauranter og butikk. Gangavstand til Biograd na Moru. Ellers veldig hyggelig og familievennlig område. Anbefales!

We had a lovely week in Zorica's home. Everything was in perfect condition and as described. Most of all communication with Zorica was always so easy and quick, any questions answered on the spot thanks. The camp is lovely and quite new. Everything needed is on site and all the staff are really friendly. We can only recommend Zorica's home for a lovely,quietholiday and hope to return in the future.

La casa era completamente indipendente e accogliente con tutto il necessario per una vacanza in famiglia. il luogo è tranquillo e il mare ( molto bello) è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi, mai affollato. Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza

The apartment is located in a beautiful house in the pleasant streets of Murter. It is easily accessible to Čigrada beach, the city center and the supermarket. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for the whole family, we didn't miss anything. We spent our time together on a large covered terrace with a grill and in the living room. Josip and Maria are communicative and helped us with everything. Thank you

Die Villa Kona kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen. Sie bietet viel Platz ist sauber und die Nähe zum Wasser und der private Strand sind einfach traumhaft wenn man abschalten möchte. Danijel ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Gastgeber der auf fragen sehr schnell antwortet. Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Abschließend bleibt zu sagen es waren wunderschöne Tage und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Modern and spacious apartment on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a complete kitchen, internet, air conditioning, a full bathroom, a washing machine, and a spacious bedroom. The apartment is ideally located. Sanja is an attentive and flexible hostess.

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!
