Loved my stay at this gem of a place! It was very clean, tidy, cozy, and very welcoming. Furniture, beds, linen were very nice and kitchen had all you could need. The location is perfect- short walk to HWS, downtown Geneva shops and restaurants, and the lakefront. The walk along the lake near the visitor center is especially lovely! The location has so much charm! Jason and Luisa were wonderful hosts, and I would highly recommend them. I hope to be back in the near future!

Dennis’ place is warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Location, parking, ease of check-in, and amenities are all fantastic. The space is beautifully decorated and pristine. Dennis has thought of every last detail to create the perfect retreat.

The place was great for the price. It was clean and well decorated. Erika provided many little extras that made our stay more enjoyable, such as a bottle of wine and fresh ground coffee upon our arrival. The fridge was stocked with a few basics - bottled water, butter, small coffee creamers. There was also a well stocked spice cabinet. The only downside to the rental is that it’s on a busy street which was a bit loud and also the lack of a dishwasher. For the price though, we thought it was great.

We have a large group that takes a yearly trip to a different state. We had to change the date & location at the last minute. We found this place & loved it. It fit our large group perfectly, & it was definitely more fun than staying in separate hotel rooms. The view of the lake was wonderful. The host, Pete, was very quick in responding to any questions. We would definitely come here again.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.
