James undersold his house on his listing. The pictures do not do it justice. the lake area by the dock has a fantastic deck that was perfect for the kids to hang out. Also the house has a washer/dryer combo which made life easy with a newborn. Excellent location very convenient to vineyards. Overall loved the place would definitely come back.

Amazing location and gathering spaces for dinner inside or out. We had a great time when the weather cooperated with the water toys. Bunk house was beautifully renovated and nice bathroom. Main house upstairs bedrooms were small - xtra bed outside those rooms for when you need to kick someone out for snoring so all good! Thanks for a great stay with friends!

Loved our stay! Sleeping in the boathouse is totally worth the stairs to the main cottage. You can feel and see the family history in the main cottage. Elfi is a great host and we got exactly what she described. will totally stay again when in the area.

We don’t have enough words for how much we loved our stay! It had a little bit of every possible thing we could ask for during a fall stay for our mini-moon!! We fished, we hiked, we kayaked, we had a bonfire, went in the sauna everyday- perfect! The home is better than the pictures! We can’t wait to visit their home again :)

We loved being directly on the water. The lake is steps from the house. A real treat was hearing the loons on the water which was magical. As others have mentioned it was a little tricky to find, but it didn’t take us long to figure it out. This stay was two active couples in our mid-sixties and we had no issues navigating the steps down to the cabin. We were quite comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you for hosting us.

When we arrived at the cottage, we felt right at home, I think even our dog felt the same way. Everything was so clean with no clutter. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy the porch, but the wall of windows helped a lot to be able to view the lake and all the sunrises. I can't say enough for Jennifer. She even texted us to have a safe trip there and was always available to answer any questions we had. She is amazing. Would love to plan another stay at her cottage, and maybe we will be able to soon. Thank you, again, for sharing your cottage with us.

Anne’s place was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. It was plenty big and had a great kitchen area to cook in. There were plenty of places for family to hang out and plenty of bathrooms and beds. We had a great time! Thanks Anne!

We had a great stay! We stayed up late into the night just being together in this comfortable, fun space. Coffee in the morning with that view was fantastic.

Great location in the finger lakes. There was plenty of space for my family of 7. Lots of extra blankets and an amazing quiet space in the backyard on the lake. I especially loved reading the book left from the host with his amazing published photos of the area! There’s a bulletin board with maps of activities too!

Pam helped to make my bachelorette weekend an incredible one! She was so responsive and helpful as we figured out which vineyards and restaurants we wanted to go to while visiting Seneca lake. She even made sure we were aware of the northern lights being visible the first night we were there. She truly went above and beyond for us. Her bunkhouse was perfect for our needs and so, so beautiful at sunrise! I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Baths place was a perfect place to stay for our short vacation! It was close to great food and activities!

Travel down the gravel road, beyond a red barn, to this wonderful home located right by the lake is like visiting a little piece of Heaven! The setting is perfect and the home has everything needed to enjoy the lake - easy access, incredible views of the lake and the sunsets, kayaks, a fire pit, and ample outdoor seating. The setting is peaceful and the scenic drive to the amenities in town is a pleasure. The host is wonderful!! I look forward to return visits!

Jody was extremely kind and very responsive! Her cottage was adorable and a perfect spot for a weekend with my boyfriend. It’s in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a lot of wineries & food options nearby. The lake view from her back patio was stunning! Would absolutely stay here again :)

We had an amazing time as always at this Airbnb. The house is so accommodating and I like that they keep it stocked better than other airbnbs with stuff like plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, trash bags/laundry pods/dishwasher pods, plenty of linens and extra blankets. Lindsay is a very nice host who is always responsive, and helpful with any questions you might have.

We had a lovely stay for our annual girls' weekend. The views of the lake and hills were beautiful and the space was clean and tidy. Something to note for future renters: the kitchen space is functional but kitchenware is limited. We had to run to the store to buy a pot to make soup, ladle, veggie peeler, and dish soap. Luckily, it was a short drive into town and we found everything we needed. Even grabbed a few board games for some additional activities. All in all, it was a small inconvenience. The area is quite and peaceful during the off-season, which made for a very relaxing stay.

This little cottage did not disappoint. It was comfy and very private and peaceful. I drank my coffee on the dock each morning and it was just lovely. We could hear the water hitting the dock when we woke up in morning which was very satisfying/therapeutic. The location was perfect too. Great restaurants ( Port Cafe 0. 3 miles away and Kindred Fare about 4 miles away). Downtown Geneva was 3 miles away and we were surrounded by wineries and a few breweries. We really enjoyed our stay and We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Rob & Lisa’s home. The house and back yard area were beautiful! We enjoyed the dock, fire pit and seeing the sunrise/sunsets over the lake each day. Rob & Lisa were responsive hosts and friendly to book with. We found there was alot to do in the area but also took time to just enjoy our time in this beautiful lakefront home. Thanks hosting a great family weekend for us!

Our family had THE BEST time at Todd’s place on Keuka Lake. There was so much to do between kayaking, paddle boarding, kids feeding the horses, getting away for a short hike up to the winery across the street for some wine tasting and catching up with family. It was a great space for our group and highly recommend! The back deck has multiple tiers which was great for our family so those who were less mobile still were able to sit outside in the covered patio area and watch the kids playing and take in the sights and sounds of the lake even if they don’t want to make the trek down to the water. Todd made some great recommendations too and was always available to help out when we needed it or had a question.

It was the perfect place for a girls trip! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We were lucky enough to have a view of the Northern Lights the first night there. Wood was supplied for a campfire and they had a puzzle for us to do on a rainy day. The Finger Lakes are my happy place and this home made my heart sing!🫶

We have a large group that takes a yearly trip to a different state. We had to change the date & location at the last minute. We found this place & loved it. It fit our large group perfectly, & it was definitely more fun than staying in separate hotel rooms. The view of the lake was wonderful. The host, Pete, was very quick in responding to any questions. We would definitely come here again.

Ed and Cookie met us at check-in and showed us around. They were extremely friendly. They greeted us with a delicious coffee cake and answered all our questions. They quickly responded to any inquiries that we made. They left us to our privacy during the stay. The rooms were homey. The living room had a beautiful view of the lake. My daughter and her friend wanted to swim the whole time. The dock was fun to jump off of and the water depth was about 6 ft at end of dock. The edge has ricks but one you get in it is a foot deep and is a nice play area for my niece. It is only 10 min from Penn Yan. There are several restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lori was amazing at communicating with us about some issues we had leading up to our visit. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

As described- nice place on the water great for a nice quiet getaway. I would definitely go back. Amenities are super close by and the grill and fire pit are huge adds for an awesome weekend. Some parts of the house are starting to show age a bit and some simple upgrades like bathroom doorknobs could go a long way, but the place is definitely charming and quaint!
