Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Enjoy a cozy, very private stay in the garden level apartment of our home, on a 10 acre beautifully wooded, wildlife filled, property. This is a one bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa, allowing up to four guests . The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, and coffee bar, and the tv has streaming for your viewing enjoyment. WIFI and workout area to start your day! The patio area includes an eating area, and hot tub (open all year!), all very private.

If you are looking to take a break and spend some time in the country, this rental is for you. This unit is the fully furnished, walkout lower level of our home. It features a private entrance, a king size bed, full bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, dining area and spacious entertainment area. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the living area (air mattress not supplied). Since we live above this property, absolutely no pets, no smoking of any kind and no unregistered guests.

Welcome to your newly remodeled complete pool house featuring a private entrance, brand new bathroom with double sinks and a large walk in shower, the unit has two memory foam queen mattresses as well as a full fold out futon and smart tvs. The in ground pool is HEATED (certain times) and and there is a 4 person hot tub on site, with a hibachi flattop grill and lounge chairs for your relaxation. This space has a maximum of 4 guests allowed no exceptions, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!!

The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower only), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).
