There is no doubt that spring and summer are the premiere times to be at the lake. Spend your days in the water and your evenings playing cards together in our home. This house has something for everyone! Just added for 2025- whole home heating and cooling with mini splits in each bedroom. EV charger. 2-Player Arcade with 17,000 games for rainy days. We have two kayaks and a canoe which we hope to make available to every renter. We cannot guarantee their availability, but we will try our best!

Paul's Lodge is a timberframe home with a spa theme nestled in the forest on Skaneateles Lakes ... one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. This stunning property is great for family vacations, all girls weekends, leaf and wine trail seekers and even wedding parties. Quiet, peaceful moments immersed in nature. Our property is located directly on the lake with a drive through hills, forest and gorge ... four wheel drive/AWD vehicles are required to access our spectacular property.

Everett's Cabin

A single room cabin with 5 beds. One is a double bed and 4 single beds. There is electricity, lighting, a fridge, small table with 4 chairs, two lounge chairs on the porch, a picnic table, a charcoal grill and fire pit in front of the cabin. There are no linens on the beds so pack accordingly! There is no water in the cabin, but there is a water hydrant outside the cabin, bathrooms and showers available. The property is on 50 acres and is set back off the road with a barn and animals.
