Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Huset ligger i direkt anslutning till en mysig och barnvänlig badvik med bryggor och sandstrand, Börja dagen med ett morgondopp. Ta frukosten i trädgården. Njut av havsutsikten och fågelkvittret. Kanske en tur med kajaken. Och avsluta dagen i bubbelpoolen efter en grillning på altanen. Vill du kombinera med stadslivet i Göteborg kör du dit på 15 minuter. Ännu närmre till stora shoppingcenter. Här får du uppleva Göteborgs unika skärgård samtidigt som du har tillgång till Göteborgs övriga utbud.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Lantligt boende nära havet

I Brottkärr, bara 10-15 minuters bilresa från Göteborg ligger denna mysiga och nyrenoverade gäststuga. Gäststugan ligger intill huvudbostad. Enklare Kök/pentry utrustat med kaffebryggare/kokare, micro och kyl/frys. Fräscht badrum utrustat med Japansk Toalett. I sovrummet finns en King size säng med plats för två. Fint hus nära havet

The house is 170 square meters and newly renovated. A total of 4 bedrooms and the garden have a big lawn. The house is located in a quiet area, just 2,5km to swim in the ocean, 10km to Gothenburg city and 2 minutes walk to the bus. It's also possible to charge your electric car at the driveway. The outdoor room is easy to open up so you can dine there no matter the weather. Bedset and towels are included since nov 2024. The person making the booking must be at least 30 years old.

Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng 160 cm, ett loft med en 140 cm säng och ytterligare ett loft med en 160 säng (ej ståhöjd i något av loften och lite speciell stege/trappa till loften) Lakan och handdukar ingår. Parkering finns på Saltholmen för en bil. För dej som vill njuta av en underbar miljö.

Vi har precis byggt ut och renoverat vår villa till ett stort, modernt och mysigt hem. Från vardagsrummet och köket är utsikten hänförande. På altanen finns spaavdelningen med spabad, bastu, kallvattentunna och utomhusdusch. Tomten gränsar mot skogen där det finns en lekplats med linbana, gunga, klätterrep, mm. Det är 10 minuters promenad till havet med en härlig sandstrand, lekplats och glasscafé.
