The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. Cosy studio in the heart of San Sebastian

This is a lovely studio, fully equipped in the heart of San Sebastian, close to all amenities, walking distance to beach: La Concha bay, as well as Zurriola, (surfer's beach), shops, train and bus stations, yet it is quiet, as it is not facing on to street. Please note this studio´s windows are on to a patio and not the street.
