It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

Tastefully decorated home just 8 minutes from Livingston in the back of a quiet subdivision with natural privacy. Beautifully landscaped, well kept yard. Outdoor gathering areas. Finished concrete flooring. The many windows allow for beautiful natural light. Central air and heat as well as a fireplace. Fiber optic WiFi along with flat screen TVs equipped with Netflix and other apps. Spacious kitchen equipped with double sink and dishwasher. Ice maker in freezer with space to store your items.

Cabin Life by Lake Livingston

Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

Nestled into six acres of private forested land, this studio apartment has everything you need for the perfect stay, including a visiting porch, private bath with shower and tub, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, dining nook, sitting area, and queen sized bed. Local activities, Livingston Lake, the Sam Houston Wine trail, and a quaint downtown, are all within a few miles drive!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Relax on the front or back porch with a views of the ranch or if you prefer a more active stay, schedule a Jones Road Ranch tour, hike or bike in the local National Forest or tour the Bush Presidential Library in nearby College Station.

Sam’s Cottage

The quaint and charming Sam Houston Cottage provides a front porch view of the historic granite monument sculpted in 1911 by Italian artist Pompeo Coppini to mark the final resting place of Sam Houston. This very special corner house typifies the traditional style and charm of a bygone era yet provides all the modern comforts of home. Located just a short distance from the Huntsville square this prime location makes for easy travel for any occasion that brings you to town.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. It is a beautiful cabin, within the Sam houston national forest, with a farm concept, ideal for adventurous travelers, who seek freedom in nature, has Wi-Fi in the outdoor area, directv, grill, outdoor wood stove, fire pit and more, hot water, has a Texan decoration, you can hear the sounds of birds, roosters, and all farm animals, have fresh eggs breakfast.
