Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Ev oldukça rahat ve temizdi, hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık, mutfak araç gereçleri temiz ve oldukça yeterliydi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgiliydi, her sorumuza hızlıca cevap verdi. İçiniz rahat bir şekilde konaklayabilirsiniz.

Det bästa air-bnb boendet hittills ( av många). Som barnfamilj kände vi oss väldigt hemma. Fanns allting vi behövde ( potta, spjälsäng, matstol, leksaker och balanscykel). Äldsta (3 åringen) cyklade på balanscykeln varje dag till stranden. Startpaketet med mat var väldigt bra, då vi var väldigt slitna efter att ha rest i 9 timmar med småbarn. Området är lugnt och autentiskt. Restauranger och matbutiker finns inom gångavstånd. Stranden, Malama beach, var väldigt rent och barnvänlig. Pratar redan om att komma tillbaka och bo här igen! 💛

Great place! Had a few minor inconveniences at check in and Xenios and team were super responsive and helpful. Special shout out to the lovely pool duo. Visiting this area in off season is actually a great vibe, it felt like we had 1km of private beach. Just good company (wandering cats included!) and island beauty.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν άψογη! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και πολύ άνετος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν εξαιρετικά συνεργάσιμος και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Very good location for travelers with a car — there’s always free street parking available. Spacious rooms, good internet connection, and excellent communication with the host.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the beautiful Troodos mountains... The apartment is very comfortable with a right-at-home feel, we loved the vintage decorations & the terrace plants & flowers :) Kitchen is very well equipped, enough pots & pans for a family feast! Location is great, quiet & peaceful but lose to local restaurants & supermarket in the town. Nature trails & historical monasteries are within driving distance so it was easy to plan activities. Host communications were friendly & helpful - it was very easy to find the apartment & check in. We would happily return when we next visit Cyprus!

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Mario's place is so beautiful. The location alone is stunning. The house has everything you need and is so clean. My dog loved it as well , as the yard is so big and gated so I didn't have to worry of him getting out. Mario's is very friendly and responsive as well, I asked if we could check in earlier and he was so accommodating. I will definitely be back.

Alessandras Villa hat uns mit seiner wunderbaren Lage, dem großartigen Meerblick und seiner Ruhe vom ersten Moment an überzeugt. Mit der Einrichtung und den Antiquitäten im Haus fühlten wir uns schnell zu Hause. Der beste Ort ist das oberste Schlafzimmer. Die Sonnenaufgänge haben wir von dort keinen Morgen verpasst. Rund um das Haus konnten wir hervorragend joggen und wandern. Auf Tagesausflügen haben wir den Westen Nordzyperns gut erkunden können. Auf der Terrasse ließ es sich wunderbar entspannen und/oder für das Abitur lernen. Ein toller Ort, zu dem wir gerne einmal zurückkehren möchten!

De woning van Stelios is fantastisch! De woning is groot en straalt er nieuw uit. De living is mooi versierd en geeft toegang tot een mooi terras met barbecue en zwembad met veel zon. Er is een zonnetent als het net iets te veel zon wordt. De bedden zijn comfortabel en nieuw. De tweede kamer heeft 3 volwassenen bedden. Op het balcon van de kamer heb je zo een mooi zicht: zee zwembad palmbomen. Prachtig bij zonsopgang!!!! Er is een parkeerplaats in de schaduw net voor het huis. Er zijn winkels genoeg in de nabijheid. Stelios geeft je goede tips om te gaan eten, maar je kan ook gewoon thuis eten want de keuken is groot genoeg. Stelios geeft je ook veel tips wat te bezoeken. Wij zijn in april geweest en dat is echt een aanrader omdat het niet te druk en te warm is . Maar je kan toch in de zee zwemmen! Eén aanrader! De communicatie met Stelios verloopt gewoon goed en snel.

Hatice hanım iletişimde çok kibar ve hoşgörülü. Evin konumu çok güzeldi deniz kenarında oturup saatlerce vakit geçirmek isterdim fakat vaktim kısıtlıydı. Çevre çok güzel market yakın deniz yürüyüş alanı herşey çok güzeldi. Eve giriş kolaydı resimlerde göründüğü gibi eksik bişey yoktu. Rahat ettik Kıbrıs’a tekrar geldiğimde Hatice hanımın evini tercih edeceğim

We've been staying in AirBNB's now for 8 years and can honestly say Eda's apartment was the cleanest and best equipped with everything you could need. The patio was great and the communal gardens were pretty with firs, orange and olive trees (and a lot we didn't know). We didn't try the pools as we're both nesh and it was a bit early in the season, but both looked really clean and maintained. Eda's instructions, manuals and communications were second to none and the snacks and wine were very much welcome after the longish flight and transfer from the South Prospective guests should know that there is nothing really within walking distance (unless super fit) and therefore a car will be needed, although Eda does state this in the description, so it shouldn't be a shock. Eda was very flexible with checkout and her taxi and car hire recommendations were spot on (nothing was too much trouble). A very relaxing and likeable experience.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

Tony was a fantastic host, very helpful and always responded promptly. Any minor issues that we had (weather related), Tony dealt with swiftly. The property was as pictured and was very comfortable. It is clear that Tony takes great pride in his property and rightly so. An all round great experience and would recommend Tony’s property to friends and family.

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) have just spent a week here and we’re all very sad to leave. El’s place has everything you need for a weeks stay. The house was large enough for us all & the gardens & pool are stunning. We used the outside cooking area (bbq), which was lovely in the evening. We downloaded the Wolt app, which was a lifesaver for last minute grocery delivery or even a takeaway on the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would recommend hiring a vehicle. However, within 15-20 minutes you can walk to a couple restaurants, a shop and also the most beautiful beach. We spent 2 days at Konnos Beach, which is absolutely stunning. I would recommend getting there before 10:30. We ate at Kafkaros Tavern (walking distance) a couple of times, which was lovely & friendly. The pool is cold, especially in April, but it didn’t stop the kids swimming most days. All in all, El’s place is super for a family holiday. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you ☺️

This was our second stay at Sandra’s Place. We also stayed last year. We had a wonderful two week stay again and had great communication with Sandra just like before. The villa was clean and tidy and the fridge was stocked with some essentials for when we arrived which was a lovely gesture and very welcome as we arrived late in the evening. As we had a late flight coming home and Sandra didn’t have anyone coming in after us, she also allowed us a late check out which was so helpful and kind. There are lovely restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the Villa. We can highly recommend Doma. There is a convenience store a few minutes walk away and Lidl and Metro are within a 5 minute car drive away. There is a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away and the board walk to Protaras. All in all another great stay in beautiful Pernera and Sandra’s Place. We will be back. Thank you again Sandra.
