very comfortable apartment - we stayed a week but you could easily stay here for a month. spacious (two bathrooms, big kitchen, lounge and bedroom), well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor of the building. pool and small gym on the rooftop. TV with Netflix. comfortable bed. balcony. AC. self check-in, which was helpful since we arrived at 5am. we really enjoyed our time here. thanks, Mohammed!

Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren sehr happy! Abdul, der schaut dass die Gäste alles bekommen was sie haben wollten, lebt direkt im Ort und half mit allen unseren Aktivitäten. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Muscat! The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking beach view — waking up to the gentle sound of waves and sipping my morning coffee while gazing at the turquoise waters was simply magical. The view from the balcony is something out of a postcard — clear blue skies, pristine waters, anchored boats, and a peaceful stretch of sandy beach. It felt like having a private slice of paradise all to myself. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a serene getaway with unbeatable views and direct access to nature, this is the place to be. I can't wait to come back!

This apartment is simply top-notch. Located in a great neighborhood with many good restaurants, yet it is very quiet. There is also a shopping center with a large supermarket just around the corner. The apartment itself is equipped with everything important. The pool in the courtyard of the complex is also great. And Bader is a fantastic host, always available and very flexible. Highly recommended.

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

One of the best accommodations I've experienced on Airbnb. The house is beautifully furnished. It has everything you need. The surroundings are very quiet, which makes it really easy to relax. The highlight for me was the outdoor area with the cute pool, for relaxing, especially under the stars of the Arabian nights. Communication with Els was wonderful and always very helpful. 5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (SUR).

Very nice place to stay especially for big family/groups. Attractions are within reachable distance. Some improvements in the future, can provide basic necessities such as toileteries and hair dryer. Otherwise, we are happy with the service.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!
