Come relax at Shadie Pines! You can sit back and enjoy the view of Puget Sound and Mount Rainier from the deck (or from in the hot tub!), listen to the birds sing and the seals barking, and say hello to the friendly neighborhood deer. The house is comfortably situated in the middle of the Hartstene Pointe gated community, which has a number of great amenities for you to enjoy. Our favorite features are the 5 miles of walking trails and beaches all around the point, the pool and pickleball!

The Lakewood Loft is a safe, private cozy studio guest room, with private entrance and parking. Take the stairs up to your room with comfy queen size bed, private bath with remodeled shower, and a desk to get your work done (wifi available). Enjoy use of the pool area during summer months (contact host for more information). This area is located close to Fort Steilacoom Park. So you will most likely catch a glimpse of wildlife from your window or balcony, including eagles, osprey, and deer.

Gated community is 30 minutes outside of Shelton on the North tip of the island. For those wanting a farm visit, just passing through or base camp for day trips. This is it, It's cozy. You can fix breakfast, come and go stay and milk a goat or pet a cow or horse.
