The trio of cosy appts Laus,Talir & Tezoro are put into a great deal of material resources as well financial resources to preserve essence of the medieval era and historical clues, of some hundreds years of Mediterranean Italo – Spanish influence and bonded with modern means like free wireless internet,SAT TV, air condition etc. Upon the time monks and Jesuits were living within these halls, The building itself was known as ,,Seminarium Clericus Educandos Curatus,, Owing to the inherent historical facts the building is lying on the most heritage place,the oldest part of the historic town, that ones was tiny rocky island named Laus,divided with canal and lagoon to mainland,Quarter is known nowadays very well by the name Carmen and canal as plaza Stradun. Facing back in ancient times during BC years,when the island started to be inhabited with first settlers of Greeks and Romans. By the time of Holy Roman Empire,knight templars were resting here after their crusades.It captivated with intrigue and imagination generations. Richard I,the Lion-Hearted of England who set out on the third crusade,after his return of crusades from Latin Kingdom,himself financed construction of Roman Catholic Cathedral,which is opposite to our appts. In the closest vicinity of the appts is the main plaza Stradun,where all events take place,with lot of narrow side streets,lot of all kind of variety of shops,caffes, restaurants and museums of historical events.Closest beach Buza is just few steps away. Appts lay in the very quiet area despite in the heart beat of the old town.Of great importance to say no steps to climb,appts are just on the first floor,not tiredness and fatigue in hot very sunny summer days. And finally we are glad to share this privilege with our clients.

Main street of Dubrovnik, Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of Antuninska street, with Sponza palace, Orlando statue, Cathedral and other historical monuments within the City Walls, as well with all the bars, restaurants and shops. Supermarket is just 50 m away in the Antuninska street. Cable car,bus stop, famous Banje beach and Old port with boat excursions and highly recommended trip to Island of Lokrum are just 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Whole property is available exclusively to the guests staying in the apartment. Noone else will be there during your stay and the host will be available whenever needed. We want to make you feel like home and we are at your disposal at all times, owner mobile phone will be provided for any help or advice regarding your stay 24h a day. This property is in the peaceful, historic center of the Old Town just meters from one of the best family-run restaurants within the city walls. Famous Banje Beach and the old port are both nearby, along with the main street, Stradun. If you need help with your transfer to the apartment from the Airport or main Port let us know, we can arrange that. We provide full service with the transfer company we trust. The driver will meet you at the airport, help with the luggage, drop you off at the nearest entrance to the Old town and our apartment where you will be met by the host.

The house, in which the apartment is located, is a cultural-historic preserved building, built in the XVII th. century. The accomodation unit with a private entrance presents a large and comfortable two-stories apartment with a beautifull panoramic view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Located just across the City Walls, accommodation is surrounded by lush garden which provides much needed privacy, plenty of space and tranquility. The location is near the beautiful and famous Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik Old Town and it is only minutes away from the most interesting historical buildings. In the apartment you will find Wi-fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a hairdryer, a coffee machine, a washing machine & dryer and a kitchen with dishwasher.

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
