Spacious apartment, old world charm

Our open-space apartment is full of charm and character. From the Spanish-tiled private entry to the footed tub shower, you will experience a unique feeling. Enjoy the nearby vibrant restaurant scene as well as the rooftop deck with its harbor view! The ceilings are low in a couple spots and could be a challenge for folks who are especially tall. My boyfriend is 6'4" and has learned to adapt! It may be something to consider. House noises travel in this old home, so it can be a factor for some.

This 2nd floor retreat sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very bright, quiet, and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with no common walls. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. We enjoy an awesome location, 2 minutes from the freeway, 10 minutes to Mission Beach, Coronado, Little Italy, Downtown, Old Town and Mission Hills.
