The place was great and fit my wife and my needs during a little spring break get-away. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I loved the electronic recliner in the living room. It was great to have the beach chairs and access to beach bikes on a daily basis. Ending the evening with the hot tub was fantastic.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-appointed and immaculately clean the home was. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making it feel both luxurious and comfortable. The outdoor space was truly the highlight— a beautiful pool, relaxing spa, and a fun putting green that kept everyone entertained. Whether we were soaking up the sun by the pool or unwinding in the spa under the stars, it felt like our private oasis. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. Inside, the home was stylishly furnished with high-end touches and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were cozy, and the living areas were perfect for gathering.

Fantastic stay with my wife and 3 kids (10 and under). House pool along with community pool a hit for our family. I would highly recommend a stay to other families.

Five stars is not enough to describe our stay. The house and grounds were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outside seating area. Carla was a wonderful host and provided everything anyone would ever need. I have stayed in many AirBNBs and none were equipped with as many supplies as this one. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and pool toys and rafts which are great for people like us who traveled by plane. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this place. The house is very clean and well maintained, with a large outdoor area to relax. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen had everything one needs, and the house itself had a nice atmosphere about it. A quick drive to the beach and a parking spot within a short walk made it easy going swimming during the day and watching the sunset in the evening. Kate is a great host, very communicative and quick to respond. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

This is our third time staying at Ted's place and we already booked our fourth! The pool set up and spa are beautiful, the location is hard to beat with close access to the beach, and the kitchen is well set up. Ted is super responsive and helpful if anything comes up.

Nice home in a great area in SW cape! You can walk right to Marina for shopping and breakfast. We loved the pool. Michael was easy to communicate with, fast responses and easy instructions - would stay here again thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this home, our family enjoyed the pool and lanai, and the nice workout space was a bonus. House was very well appointed and very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second stay at this location, and it was great again! We did have a couple of issues when we first got there, but they were resolved quickly and all of the maintenance staff that came were so kind and polite. Can’t ask for much more than that!

Perfect place to stay if you plan to stay in Naples. The house is very comfortable and the host has everything you need to have a wonderful time. I totally recommend it.

We had an incredible time staying at this lovely property. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and there is privacy bushes and other beautiful trees in the back. This home had everything we needed and more. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, clean, and so much to do. Christina is extremely fast responding no matter what time. We would definitely stay here again!!! Large rooms and a lot of space!!

Very nice house - large, clean, lots of space. Great if you want to rent a boat (we used their 10% discount and the rental was great) and dock it right at the house. The pool and spa were very nice and the spa heated up very quickly. Kitchen was well appointed. We were a little concerned about noise given the house is right on the street, but it's near the end of the road so there wasn't a lot of traffic and we rarely heard cars. The only thing that was not as described was the "dedicated workspace" - there was no desk provided and it made it difficult to get work done in private.

We were a little disappointed with the hot tub not working. The service people coming out the next day unannounced and the pool tech the next day unannounced. But overall the house was beautiful and peaceful.
