The Wee Bothy. Amazing sunsets

A quaint and unique place to get away from it all, this warm and comfortable bothy is nestled between the sea and the spectacular Trotternish ridge. Perfectly located for the discerning explorer, the best of Skye's sights are a short stroll or drive away, including The Old Man of Storr, Quiraing, Staffin Beach and the dino footprints at Brother's Point. The bothy is fully-equipped and receives regular 5* reviews. A perfect place to unwind and watch a beautiful sunset after a day's exploring.

Bathe in a cold mountain stream, see the stars in the dark night sky, feel the heat from a crackling fire, and fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall.

We're excited to offer our guests a 5* experience with our custom built cabin. We worked closely with our friends at the award winning Corr Cabins to create a tranquil and luxurious get away on the beautiful Isle of Skye! Cabin Beo is located beside our home and takes in the breathtaking views over Portree Bay and over to the Old Man of Storr, from its full size picture window. The cabin comes fully equipped with a wood burning stove, kitchenette, luxurious king size bed and full bathroom.

Two miles from Portree, Boisdale House offers peace, quiet and uninterrupted views. Our guest accommodation sits as an annexe on our house, providing space and privacy within a stunning rural setting. Our luxurious super-king room with en-suite bathroom and private entrance lets you come and go as you please. A large picture window gives stunning views of the hills of Skye. The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Taigh 'n Rois is cosy 19th Century refurbished traditional crofting cottage which is full of character. It has an original Box bed- perfect for curling up in front of the wood burning stove. Set below the Trotternish ridge Taigh 'n Rois has panoramic views across Staffin and the Quiraing and is a perfect base to explore the amazing scenery and impressive Jurrasic landscape of north Skye. The kilt rock, Old Man of Storr and the famous dinosaur footprints are all nearby.

Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

A second small bathroom with shower can also be found within the property.
