I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was exactly as described in the listing—clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The peaceful location made it the perfect retreat, allowing me to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful recommendations for the area. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and hassle-free stay!

Great 5-day stay in this clean roomy apartment. Traffic noise is not a problem & beds are comfortable. The elevator is new and the rooms have been recently remodeled. The back door is on the street on the flipside of Broad. It looks like an alley but is a street. We had issues with the front door code which Gladys quickly fixed. The subway is a 1-minute walk out the door. Independence Hall and the other historical spots are 20 minutes away. We used the train from the airport & Amtrak. and then the subway throughout our historical vacation. The "Transit" app worked great for selecting trains. Many locals volunteered to help. The neighborhood is like any big city. Mind your business and board the subway smartly and you will be OK. Most locals are friendly, and some will ask for money but just say no thankyou with a smile and move on. We used the subways from early in the morning to late at night. Immediately below the apartment complex the chicken takeout is pretty good.

The host made accommodations for me which I really appreciated. They were great with communication and very fast to respond to my questions. This listing is cozy; it is a basement location so no windows in the apartment (set an alarm to wake up). It was comfortable for one person to stay here. Street parking in south Philly can be tricky if you’re not from the area. Overall great stay for my short trip!

Originally we were suppose to stay at a different house that I booked with them but the day of check in about 2 hours before, we had to be moved to another house. Host was very responsive and communicated the no hot water issue with the first property. It was a bit inconvenient however we ended up enjoying our stay at the second property anyways. I liked that the first floor was very open, everything was clean and my favorite part of the house was the movie theater set up in the basement.

Gladys’ place was a great little place in close proximity to the convention center and our favorite The Terminal Market. The Callowhill neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe walking to and from the convention center. Gladys’ is a very responsive host. We would stay there again.

We stayed at Gladys' place for a conference I attended. It was such a great location for the conference- only an 8 minute walk from the convention center as well as plenty of fun stuff and good restaurants nearby. The place itself was great and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious apartment that is a short ride away from many attractions and very close to the Met. The building feels very secure and the unit was clean and comfortable. One bedroom had an en suite bathroom which was nice with the other 2 bedrooms close to the other full bath. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and it's nice to have extra space with big couch and table with chairs. The TV was good also. Check in was very smooth, we were given clear instructions. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Jonathans Apartment was beautiful. Everything was exactly as described! The location is perfect for exploring Philadelphia. Jonathan was a fantastic host. You could always text him and he was very interested in our well-being. We had a great stay and would love to come back! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay? Felt right at home. Upon arrival it was clean and smelled really good. King sized bed was so comfortable and the in suite bathroom was great..Loved the kitchen which had everything I needed to cook a fabulous Meal. Check in and check out was a breeze, didn’t have to contact the host about anything.. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH JH RENTALS AGAIN

Staying at Angel and Frank's Airbnb was an absolute joy. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed—they truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. All the personal touches throughout the space made it feel warm, thoughtful, and better than any hotel I've ever stayed in. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the views are simply stunning. It honestly felt like I was visiting family back on the East Coast. If I'm lucky enough to have the chance, I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location to restaurants, stores, a park and Cooper River Park, where my son was participating in an event.

Host was easy to communicate with and responded to all questions quickly. The place looked just like the pictures, was clean, and , although parking was a bit difficult, felt safe and was convenient to downtown. This place is perfect for large groups. Each person in our group of 7 had their own bed ( and there were even additional cots in the closet space) and there were also plenty of bathrooms for us all.

Perfect location, clear check-in instructions & amenities were exactly as described. Clean and simple crash pad, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great experience in this AirBnB! Check-in was super easy and the accommodation was exactly as described and looked like on the pictures. You do occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors. The host Konstantinos is very kind and helpful! I always felt safe and welcome. I used public transportation to get into the city center and there’s multiple bus stops nearby. I can recommend this place!

Very easy and comfortable stay in a good location for getting around the city. Incredibly private and quiet. Gated parking was awesome.

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

Rui and Meng’s place was absolutely perfect for our short stay in Philly. They were very friendly and communicative and check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible. It’s located next to a metro station and buses. The place is cosy but perfectly formed with a very soft and comfy bed. There were nice little touches like tea, coffee and chocolates. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for your stay.

Cool, cozy apartment in a good spot away from the super busy tourist areas but still walkable to all of the attractions. Also nearby to lots of shops, great restaurants and public transportation. Our family enjoyed our stay very much!

I enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, it was easy to check in and out, instructions were very clear, and Beth was very responsive when I had questions. I liked the area because of how convenient it was. when I wanted to go grocery shopping there were three different groceries stores right next to the building(Target, Giant, and Sprouts). I didn't have to travel far to get the stuff I needed. It was a nice place to retreat to after traversing the busy city all day. The building has a pretty big gym in the basement that I liked using to keep up with my morning jogs. The only thing that concerned me at first was a faint smell in the apartment. It wasn't a really bad smell it was more like a stagnant smell that went away when I opened a windows and sprayed some fabreez. Other than that I had a nice and comfortable stay at this Airbnb.

We had a group of friends and family that stayed here for the Philly half marathon. It was very spacious, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. It was a great location, walking distance to the art museum and there were also lots of restaurants in the area as well. We had trouble unlocking the door when we first arrived and Swida was very responsive and able to help us get in. I would definitely stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and cozy felt right at home host was very responsive and provided clear instructions loved having a washer and dryer and off street parking. My family and I even extended our stay a day because we didn’t want to leave. Thank you Elisee for a great stay!

We appreciated the clear instructions and good communication. The place is centrally located, so it is easy to drive around the city. The apartment is styled nicely, which makes hanging out in it enjoyable.

I stayed here for a quick trip to Philly with my husband, toddler and infant. The apartment was exactly as we expected, with plenty of space for all four of us. You can’t beat the location, centrally located so you can walk everywhere but tucked away on a quiet street. Nearby overnight garage parking was easy and affordable. At check-in our door code didn’t work, however they responded instantly and someone on-site updated the lock to our correct code immediately. We enjoyed our trip to Philly and would stay here again the next time we visit!
