Perfect for our quick family trip to Montrose! Dogs had a fenced backyard and the home was spacious!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay in this beautiful home! We felt so welcomed by Cameron and Darby. The house was so spacious and so comfortable. We were greeted with a hand written note and a basket of snacks. We will definitely be booking again next time we come to Delta! Definitely 5-stars! ⭐️

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶

We had a relaxing stay at this lovingly restored Victorian Airbnb. Classical music and soft lighting awaited us upon entering this cozy home. My husband said that the bed was one of the most comfortable he ever slept in. There was a family of deer that frolicked in the yard in the morning and at dusk. The views from the back yard were spectacular! We appreciated the extremely well stocked kitchen and numerous cozy spaces that were created throughout this historic home.

The online photos of this property don’t do it justice. It’s in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, tucked away on a secluded lot that was perfect for privacy and that featured a fantastic large fenced yard that our dogs loved. It was also fun to watch all the birds who visited feeders outside. The house is the perfect size for a couple or small family, nicely decorated and quite cozy and well-equipped. It was just perfect for our Thanksgiving trip to celebrate with family in the area. A nice bonus is the home’s proximity to many restaurants and a nice grocery store. It’s also easy to get to any desired destination throughout the entire Grand Valley. We utilize Airbnb several times each year, and this is one of our favorites to date. Finally, our host, Shelley, was very responsive, accommodating, helpful and overall just a pleasure to work with!

Had a couple of unexpected hiccups with the stay but the property host was extremely responsive and accommodating in problem shooting said hiccups. Lovely decor and the park across the street was great for the kids.

Loved the place and Levitie was an excellent communicator. Perfect respite for a woman, traveling alone, wanting a quiet, peaceful, safe get away in a comfortable, well-appointed home.

We loved our stay at this cabin to visit the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We ate breakfast at the cafe the next morning and highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. There’s a stream out back and got a glimpse of the sheep on the other side which was so fun to see! We also fell in love with Marmalade the cat in the cafe. We didn’t get service out there, but there was free WiFi and we brought games and books to occupy ourselves knowing service might be spotty. It was nice to get away from technology for a bit anyways. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

We had a great stay. The space is fully stocked and spacious for two people. Claudia and Robert put meticulous attention to make our time convenient and relaxing like having charging cables (USB c and lightning) by the bedside, and snacks and drinks readily available. I highly recommend this quiet space while visiting Black Canyon.

We had such a beautiful time at this cabin! The views were just Breathtaking, waking up to the Mountain View in the Master Bedroom was amazing! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need! The house was very clean! We enjoyed making fires at night in the fireplace and watching a movie! My children loved it as well and they also played a bit in the game room above the garage, however it was very chilly so they didn’t stay up there for to long, they do have 2 heaters up there to turn on. They had plenty of board games and puzzles that you could use! We had a great stay! Thank you for having us!

I have made an annual trip to Paonia every year for the past twenty years. The stay at the cabin with my family has been my favorite so far. The cabin was exactly as described. It’s quiet and peaceful. You wake up each morning and have coffee in front of the wood burning stove while watching the mule deer grazing in the pastures. You have an awesome view of the mountains in the day and stars a night. Communication with the host was excellent, and the cabin was spotless when I arrived. Everything we needed was provided, and it made for an stress-free, enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in nature, while still having the convenience of being ten minutes away from local shops and restaurants.

We came here in October with our dogs for three days. The landscape was absolutely gorgeous, the house was big and comfortable with tons of kitchen and bathroom space and multie living area. Hosts were very friendly and proactive in making sure the space was good for us even th9ugh we had no complaints. It wascloswto Paonia and Big Bs orchard and bar. No light pollution meant we could see the stars and the Northern lights! Just be careful driving up and down the Mesa at night there are no street lights. Wifi was great and tv had all the streaming services. A comfortable getaway but still connected.

My girlfriend and i really enjoyed our stay here, it was extremely peaceful and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen area was a great place to spend some time together and the hot tub was much needed!

Really great place. So close to everything you need. Very quiet neighborhood. The hot tub is a major plus! We stayed a full week so we were very thankful that we had everything we needed from kitchen things to the washer and dryer! Comfy spot!

The mushroom theme and decelerations were so cute! I felt like the area was safe

We had an amazing time on this retreat! YMR is stunning and perfect for a getaway! The location is private and peaceful but close to town which makes groceries/food accesible. Rebekah and Bo were great hosts and were very proactive. The first day Bo came out to greet us and gave us all of his recommendations in town. Overall, an amazing experience and one I would love to experience again very soon!

After snowmobiling and nordic skiing on Grand Mesa with family and friends, the perfect place to gather for a relaxing long weekend - Thanks! Beautiful sunsets and quiet neighborhood.

I cant thank you enough for keeping calm cool collected when we were kinda all over the place. You saved me!!! We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Oakley's oasis was very cozy with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed. The lodge area and amenities were great. Paonia is a wonderful place to visit and we will absolutely return to this place.
