Had a great time and loved this quiet getaway. Went with my brother's family and mine and enjoyed having separate houses. Will definitely go again.

Great place! Very clean and updated interior house. The house is located in the heart of everything and is a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed four nights and was a perfect accommodation!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

I loved this place. What stood out the most is that we had EVERYTHING we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked so if you want to cook you will have everything you need. I travel for work and Destin is my spot to relax when I am off from work. I loved the backyard as well. It was peaceful and plenty of games for me and my husband to play since we are kids at heart. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Fort Walton Beach /Destin area. It’s very easy to find and close to many shopping places. I will definitely be booking again

I was vey pleased with the size and layout of the house. The overall condition of property was very good. The location and having a golf cart made beach access very easy. There was ample parking for four vehicles and the area was quiet with very little traffic. I throughly enjoyed my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again it the future.

The place was very clean, and love that the beach is right there the reason that we came . The host was very friendly and responsive, I would definitely stay here again .

Phenomenal view! Unit was very clean. Plenty of towels, full size toiletries, and even lotion! Bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets. Would 100% book here again. The employees were all polite. Tips for next visitors- 1. Tom Thumb (convenience store) is half mile away. Great walk. You can buy beach towels here (none are supplied). We bought beach blankets- cheaper & we liked them better as souvenirs. 2. Don’t bother packing toiletries- they supply plenty. Use those travel containers for cooking oils, etc., if you plan on cooking there. 3. Beach service is nice; however, it ends at 5 and tear down starts around 3. Maybe this is seasonal, but if you buy those beach blankets from Tom Thumb, it’s no big deal. 4. There’s an awesome Breakfast place that’s walking distance- maybe 1/4 mile. Beautiful views there, as well as some delicious French toast. 5. Do the touristy things. Take a dolphin sightseeing tour. Eat at Floyd’s Shrimp House.

Had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had multiple amenities! The owners are responsive and very communicative ! *this has nothing to do with the place* but just a fair wanting to those coming here the restaurant downstairs is pretty terrible! Would not recommend but toehe good places around are great!

Loved the stay. Great views of the pool and the Gulf. The room was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with great appliances and the tools to make meals. The pool and beach supplies were very handy. Also had beach toys for children, but we were all adults. I would recommend this listing to all my friends.

We made reservations last minute as we waited to see the effects of a hurricane close to Fort Walton. Communication with the host was great. The condo was clean, well stocked with linens toiletries and kitchen utensils and cookware. The bed was comfy and the view was awesome. The beach attendant was super nice and set up chairs and an umbrella each day. The beach was not super crowded the week we were there which was very nice. My husband did some fishing from the beach in the early mornings and we caught some large crabs to cook. There are lots of restaurants close by and plenty of shopping all with in 5-20 minutes drive from the condo. I will say the sofa is not very comfortable to sit on but we did not spend much time inside relaxing on the sofa. Also watch your toes when opening the refrigerator door. It is very low to the floor and will hit right at the top of your sandaled feet. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this unit. We would love to rent again.

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

Had all the accommodations we were told it had. A few things didn’t work ( lights in bedroom, bathroom). The heated pool could have been cleaner. Pretty scummy around the tile line & lots of sand on bottom. The other pools were just too cold to enjoy. It’s a shame that they aren’t all heated. The hot tubs had young children in them most of the time making it difficult for adults to enjoy them( no parents around to supervise & no staff doing anything about it), or the rough play of some on the lily pads. This is our 4th stay at Waterscape & the pools & hot tub used to be more closely looked after.

Our stay was brief but very enjoyable. I really wish we could have stayed longer! The view of the beach and the water from the balcony was gorgeous. The place was clean, quiet, and spacious. The only thing I wish was different was the checkout time. It was a little on the early side at 10 AM. It would have been nice to be able to sleep in a little later (we were on vacation after all!) and take our time enjoying our coffee and breakfast on the balcony while gazing out at the emerald waters of the Gulf. We have preferred a checkout time of 11 AM or Noon. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay!
