This was my second time staying at this particular Tiny Home. My husband is a trucker. Sometimes we use the farm as a quick staycation when he gets home to have some alone time. We are never disappointed

the cabin with the lofts was quite a great experience. we booked last minute and found it easy to get in touch with Mark, check in, and check out hassle free. i wish there were some more photos of the place, but generally we found it well stocked with items for a rustic off-grid cabin. there were 2 bathroom facilities - an outhouse and a port a potty. the loft sleeping area had 2 queen mattresses with pillows and blankets. the kitchen was stocked with 2 camping stoves. the whole place was heated by propane and we got so toasty, we turned it off at night. Dillon State Park is a 15m drive from the place, but it feels private and serene. save headlamps and some metal cutlery, the cabin had everything we needed! definitely want to return here some day.

The Floyd EcoVillage cabin was the perfect fit for me. I needed a peaceful place to decompress, but wanted to be close to town for restaurants, etc. It was cozy, quiet, comfortable, and convenient--exactly what I needed!

We had an amazing stay at the Pete Nelson Treehouse in Germantown, KY. The craftsmanship and cozy vibe of the treehouse made it a perfect retreat, but what really made the experience special were the trails surrounding the property. We loved hiking through the woods, especially the fun challenge of finding all 10 hidden swings. Watching the kids romp around freely in nature was the highlight of our trip—it felt like a real-life adventure. Highly recommend for families looking to unplug and reconnect in a truly magical setting.

The Tiny House is awesome! The pictures do not do it justice. Clean, modern, and cozy. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very walkable to downtown. Parking right in front of the Tiny House. Friendly, responsive host. Loved my stay and can’t wait to return to Yellow Springs and The Tiny House.

During the weekend, there was a severe Tornado Watch. Allison invited us into the safety of her home's basement without hesitation. The cabin was clean, obviously created with care, and a wonderful spot for a rainy cozy weekend. My friend and I used the paddle boards on the lake, enjoyed using the BBQ grill, and loved our stay. We hope to come again. Thank you, Allison!

Just as described and incredibly clean and tidy. This worked perfectly for our golf trip to the Pete Dye River Course. Highly recommend.

We had a short stay on our trip to the coast, but will be back with out a doubt. The A frame is so cool and I loved the craftsmanship and little details they put in it. The area was quiet and so pretty, thank you for this beautiful experience!

We cannot say enough great things about this tiny home! We needed an affordable place to stay for graduation at UC. This place was affordable and plenty for two people. The little home is quite charming and wonderfully decorated. The hosts did an incredible job packing as much as they could neatly into this little home. My girlfriend is very claustrophobic, and this home didn’t feel that at all. It had all the needed amenities for the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. The outside patio is absolutely perfect for the outdoorsy people. It rained most of our trip, but sitting on the screen porch listening to it rain was so peaceful, as well as sitting inside listening to it hit the roof. Since it rained we weren’t able to use the fire pit or stay outside much, but on a pretty day the yard would have been perfect for s’mores and relaxing! The mural offered some great photo ops as well. Highly recommend to those passing through or staying a while. -Gabbie & Clayton

I loved my stay at Sam’s place! The outdoor shower was a highlight, along with the rushing creek sounds as the backdrop for everything from sleeping, to morning coffee & relaxing on the deck. A perfect getaway from all the regular noise.

The tiny home is a stay we won’t forget. The stove works great, the furniture is comfortable and the location is perfect for bird watching and relaxing. I love the garden and the sawdust compost toilet, definitely worth a try if you’ve never tried.

Loved the location! So close to everything we wanted to do. The Tony home was exactly as described.

We arrived on a super foggy night and had trouble finding the driveway - the host was so kind and helped us navigate the area (which is hard to do when you have no service and can’t see LOL)! It was such a peaceful stay. The home was even more beautiful in person! Close enough to the caves and hiking trails. The hot tub was a fun bonus! We would totally stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at "The Genesis". The tiny home looks like it came right out of a magazine. The home was beautiful and perfectly fit our needs for this trip. You can tell there was a lot of thought and attention to detail put into the design of this home. We loved the large deck on the back of the house and enjoyed our coffee in the morning, and the fire table at night, out there. The home is tucked away just enough so you are able to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life but still conveniently close to a large shopping area that has a little bit of everything, including restaurants. Michael was immediately responsive any time we needed to communicate with him. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area and highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!

CUTTEEEE PLACE!! Very quiet, peaceful and lax. Surrounded but nature and crickets. Great place to get off the grid in a cozy way ☺️

We loved our stay here! From the sound of the rooster crow and turkeys gobbling in the mornings to the peacefulness of the sounds surrounding the fire pit at night- it’s absolutely beautiful. It is about a 15/20 minute drive from town, but we enjoyed being off the beaten path! The bed was comfortable, everything was exactly as described and the place was well taken care of. We enjoyed opening the windows and cooking a light breakfast with a breeze blowing in the place during sunrise. John also gave us a list of things to do and places to eat which we did utilize as well. We enjoyed our stay and plan to try to come back for the next Bristol event.

Diane has a super modern, beautifully crafted Tiny House. We kept saying wow at each little design element. So clever and also really well made. The two of us had all the room we needed inside the home, and that’s not counting the large deck with grill, and the separate fire pit area that is also quite new and well maintained. This is a great spot just a mile off the parkway and 8 miles from Boone.

I gave 5 stars to every category because everything was 5 stars! They call it a "Tiny Home", but it is not like you think of on HGTV! For 1 to 2 people, it has everything you need and plenty of room for it! It is like HGTV in its updated decor and almost industrial style! The hosts are always available for any needs or concerns, but you will not likely have any as they have it all covered! I cannot recommend this place or any of their places enough! Just don't book it when I need it! lol!

Perfect weekend getaway in the forest! I loved this tiny home. It had everything we needed and wanted. I loved being able to look out into the forest all around. So cozy and cute! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Only stayed one night. Chose this property due to close proximity to Big Ridge State Park. Super cute accommodations and Karen was very responsive.

We went for our anniversary. Very cool place. Where the hot tub is has more space than what I seen in the pics. Very comfortable and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back! Really enjoyed the seating and fire pit.

This is our second stay at this location. We love this tiny house and its beautiful, private surroundings. Everything about this house is perfect, from the kitchen to the pretty tiled shower and the hidden Murphy bed. We hope to return again when our travels take us to Wilkes County, NC.

I enjoyed my time at this cute tiny house in the middle of the mountains. Location was perfect for my sunrise hike, and there were restaurants and grocery stores close by. Space is very small, but perfect for one person. Any more than two (have to share a bed) isn’t recommended. Overall I greatly enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!
