Teresa was very responsive and gave clear instructions. This was a last minute booking for us to visit family during the early spring. This is a country style home with a large kitchen which met our needs perfectly. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the water. Teresa was a great host and we have since discovered that she has another Airbnb on the water. When we come back in the summer months we may rent that house as she was a terrific host.

Great place and host! Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time we have stayed at one of Ryan's properties. His properties are beautiful you can see that from the photos. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable exactly what we all needed. The place was exactly like the pictures and what you described. The transaction was seamless and it is a perfect getaway for anyone. I could not be more happy and I will definitely try to stay in that exact same place in the very near future. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wow. Amazing space, with the ultimate WOW factor! We spent a long weekend in KY, hitting Mammoth National Park. We fell in love with Barron River and this GORGEOUS lake home. We had teenagers and they had tons of space to chill —which is huge. This home is breathtaking and has everything you need. Consider yourself lucky to have enjoyed such a beautiful home . We will be back in the summer in full lake mode. Hit Paradise Point and Paige’s pizza!! There is a liquor store on the drive in off 252 that was super cute and had a food truck too. Thank so much for a great spring break in the hills of KY, prior to the start of 6 baseball leagues 😅 We had a blast!!

This place is wonderful! Gorgeous lake views! We loved the kayaks and being right on the water! The place is spotless, the pantry well stocked, lots of comfy places to sit, and the beds were fabulous too!! We were greeted with a nice welcome bowl of assorted goodies, such a welcoming touch to make us feel right at home! Ronnie was very easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing time at this cottage! Our family of 6 loved the space and all the amenities in the kitchen came in so useful! We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch eating dinner. It’s super easy to access and in a great location to the lake. We visited Long Point Trail, Cathedral Falls, the lake, and Fat Eddies! Thanks for a great stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at the lake house. All details were accurate, everything was very clean and in working order. Beautiful view of the lake. Everything we needed.

This historic home was just lovely and decorated so beautifully. It was like stepping back in time. The trails and river were great and a bonus was the beginner mountain bike trails just a half mile down the trail.

This cabin is exactly as described. It looks just like the pictures and the water level of the lake was exactly what they described. This get-a-way was exactly what I needed, kayaks, hammocks, peace and quiet. Driveway is a little tricky/ steep. I would definitely stay here again.

Tonya's home was a perfect place for my family to stay while in Ky for a wedding. There was space for everyone and the home had everything we needed.

It was a beautiful cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. We really appreciated the snacks and other things laid out for us. We would definitely love to come back and stay again in the summer!

My family and I (6 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful stay at Jesse's place. The home was beautiful, nicely decorated with plenty of things to do inside and out! The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. We had fun playing some of the games provided. Also, sitting out on the deck and by the lake was so peaceful. We enjoyed the backyard to the fullest (kayaking, the hot tub, fishing, and the fire pit). We had one small issue and Jesse responded quickly and came and fixed the problem immediately. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and I hope to be back myself!

My daughters and I celebrated Easter at Kim’s cottage It’s clean, beautifully furnished and she is extremely responsive (I mentioned I forgot OJ on the phone and she was in the area and she left two OJs at the door) The cottage is cozy and fun We grilled, dyed eggs, watched movies, played a board game and loved the hot tub It’s clean clean !!! Just book it It’s a jewel box

The lake was beautiful as you sit and enjoy the hot tub, house was cute! when we first arrived the neighborhood was a bit run down but as we stayed and actually got to meet the neighbor across the street we felt more at home.. neighbor was super friendly and helpful! felt like southern hospitality;)

This place was an absolute gem! It was very clean, beautiful, well kept, very peaceful, super comfortable bed and couch and chairs. My husband and I loved staying here. We loved sitting outside listening to the river, fishing, the inside fireplace, and seeing such gorgeous views from the deck. The hot tub and the trails by the river was an added bonus, we didn't need anything Williams humble abode had it all! We will definitely be telling our family and friends about this rare treasure. Host was super easy to get ahold of and quick to respond with any questions I had. We loved our stay here! Perfect relaxing oasis we both needed.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The location by the river is perfect. The attention to detail here at cabin is remarkable. It had everything we needed and more. Kim was an amazing host. We hope to come back in the future.

Rebecca’s cabin was lovely! Exactly as described with a great deck overlooking the river. Our trip was unfortunately cut short by threat of flood, but Rebecca and Leanne were extremely kind and helpful through the process. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time spending time together as a family in this beautiful setting. Dana couldn’t have been more helpful leading up to the trip. The house is as described and is beautiful. We liked the fact that it is not cluttered and is open. The river view and the deck are wonderful. We took two dogs and this home was good for them as well. The mesh gates at the steps both inside and outside the house were appreciated. It was especially nice for the dogs to enjoy the outside without worrying about them going off the deck. It was wonderful to be disconnected from social media, telephones, and television. We appreciated the landline in case we did have an emergency or somebody needed to reach us. I would definitely recommend this home.

This is a true hidden gem. Darren has built a beautiful campsite in what may be the most beautiful place I have seen. My wife, daughter, and I had real time to connect & enjoy the serenity of what was our first (definitely not last) visit with Darren ( Paul, Brandy) and the beautiful countryside. Looking forward to a spring visit and would recommend this site to anyone and everyone!
