Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Rarus is located 3/4 of a mile east of the continental divide at 10,800 ft. The property is fully off grid, with no cell phone service, internet is available. We are remotely located and require a high clearance 4WD vehicle to get down our steep and rocky driveway. Ride your ATV, UTV, or dirt bike right from the cabin, with miles of 4x4 trails. If you would like to get away from it all, this is the place for your ultimate mountain vacation.

welcome to a working cattle ranch! the 600 square foot cabin has a woodburning stove, a large fenced yard, and privacy. you will be the only other house on our 185 acre ranch. located 10 miles east of Gunnison, there is plenty of room for parking so if you have your snowmobiles or off road atvs with you, you will have no problem turning around! you will have views of hay meadows, an arena, and horse pastures. we are pet friendly!
