we loved everything. our bedroom sprung a plumbing leak in the ceiling & they have us access to their 2nd home next door until the repair was fixed & fresh linens were brought!

Well where can I start from booking to leaving the property me and my family received 5 star service from Chris. The house was clean the heated pool was clean and warm. The house was very welcoming and overall one of the best properties I have ever stayed during the 10 years of doing Airbnb. Chris is very friendly very understanding and a great host who makes sure to answer every question. Chris let us check out at a later time to accommodate our family and also mad sure to check in with us multiple times during the stay. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved loved loved our stay at Robert and Jan’s place. Jan was an amazing host! She was attentive, detail oriented very helpful. She offered to pick up and deliver our groceries from the local Fiod Lion. She had left us snack and gifts with a handwritten note. We loved the hot tub evenings right under the NC stars. Pool was heated and kids had plenty to do, among the games in the house and outside beach walks. We will definitely will be back to her place next time to visit the NC OBX.

Excellent beach getaway on a quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. A quick walk from a local market with everything needed. House was clean, kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Grill was clean and plenty of gas. Pool was clean and private. Plenty of room for parking. Balcony and porch made for excellent evenings. Beach access is close and private. Everything was clean and ready to go when we go there. Hoses and outdoor faucets made cleanoff beach stuff and dogs easy. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

This home was EVERYTHING we wanted & more. :) truly 15/10 experience! It came with all the necessities (soap, towels, shampoo conditioner toilet paper etc). The pool was heated & amazing, the hot tub was so wonderful and the ambience was amazing on the patio with the Edison lights. The sand volleyball court was perfect & the house had so many extra games (yard games too). The house was massive & there was so much space, and the TV in the main living room was insanely huge! They have two fridges too. The view of the ocean is amazing & the beach is walking distance! The host was really wonderful, and went above and beyond ensuring our stay was comfortable. I honestly cannot say I have ever experienced a better air bnb, this one topped it. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you!!

The beach house was in an amazing location close to beach access and local restaurants. Rooms are very large and could accommodate a big group with lots of space. The pool and pool area was a great bonus. We spent a lot of time on the front deck for meals and hanging out. The owners were quick to respond to inquiries and very friendly. We hope to visit again in the future!

Kate was great! The place was beautiful, and all amenities were equal to or better than advertised. Everything was clean. The heated pool and hot tub were ready for us... The decks were great, especially the upper roof deck where you could start early and watch sunrise and go back up at night for sunset... Although the house is in a neighborhood this house is situated so that nobody is near you. The only sort of nearby house faces away from you, so privacy was high, and noise was low. The only thing we contacted Kate about was that when we got there the wifi wasn't working. She responded promptly with the news that the entire Outer Banks wifi was down. So not only was it out of her hands, but she also sleuthed out the problem and reported it to us right away. And it was back up the next morning. Avon is pretty small, and that's a big part of the charm. But we found several good restaurants. Ketch 55 in Avon was very good. Others a few miles south...

Beautiful home that belongs on the cover of a design magazine, perfect size for our family of 5 and amazing location! On a quiet cul-de-sac, quick/easy walk to the beach and absolutely stunning beach spot!!! Shower outside has hot and cold water. We had a couple issues with the cleaning/house when we first arrived but Jody was quick to respond, understanding and accommodating. We had the best week exploring and we're comfortable when we came "home" to relax. We'll stocked kitchen and absolutely loved to open the deck door to listen to the wind/waves at all times of the day! My kids adored the house and want to go back next year!!! Thank you for an amazing spring break!

We had a great stay! It was a great, quiet location. We had an issue with the air upon arrival, but the host was super quick to respond and had it fixed that afternoon. We would definitely stay again!

Staying at Ryan's place was easy from start to finish. The house is located in an excellent location, two blocks to the beach, and adjacent to all things Avon. It's roomy enough, has great deck space, and is has fresh modern design. Clean, well appointed kitchen. Ryan was easy to communicate with and super helpful. We'll rent again here for sure!

Our long weekend stay was peaceful and just what we needed to recharge. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have for the beach! The walk to the beach was a little confusing at first, but once we found the right path it was very quick. Overall we loved our stay, especially the sleepover environment with the loft!

I had a wonderful stay at Tiny Aloha. I went to have a solo retreat- and this space was perfect for me. Everything was super clean and aesthetically, well put together. There is great attention to detail from the wood work, the construction to the furnishings and art work. I really loved the space. Tami was responsive, clear with her communications and super helpful. One of the best parts for me was the outdoor shower. It's Spring time, so it was a bit cool and windy while I was there- but it was still amazing and I was surprised how much I liked it. The hang out area below is really nice for when you need to get off the beach- a very relaxing area that has everything you might want. I also loved having use of the bikes and beach chairs. I would definitely return- only I'd bring my husband next time- he needs to try the outdoor shower!

My family and I loved our stay at Beverly’s beach house. The house was beautiful and the location and views of the ocean could not be beat! Beverly was quick to respond and helpful when we had a couple of questions during our stay. Thank you for everything!

This was our first time using Airbnb and our stay was wonderful. It was the perfect layout for a family. There was a fish cleaning station, small pond with cute turtles, hot tub, outdoor shower, picnic table, a grill and more! I was touched by the extra mile these hosts took to make our stay easy. When making our meals, I had no trouble finding the things I needed. Making mac and cheese; there was a colander and measuring cup. Opening a can of beans; there was a can opener. Making pancakes; there are mixing bowls. They did little touches that surprise you as you see how much consideration they put into the place. On the fridge is local pizza locations, there is a first aid kit, a who to call for emergency health care, there are even coffee filters and cleaning supplies. Our family was very happy with our stay, and we plan to come back again!

We had such an awesome time staying at Courtney’s place in Avon, NC! The house was super close to the beach, and the view of the ocean from the deck was amazing. It was the perfect setup for our two families — the top floor with the kitchen and living area was great for hanging out, catching up, and just having a good time while the kids played. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Thanks again, Courtney, for a great stay — we’d definitely love to come back!

This place was perfect for our family with teens. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! Quick walk to beach, restaurant, and coffee shop for when we wanted to venture out. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle board, and games. Living room and dining area held all six of us very comfortably. We are already looking at when we can come back! Bonus: The house was well stocked with dishes, cookware, cleaning supplies, and towels. The host thought if everything!

Very clean, charming beautiful home. Nicely tucked away from crowds and noise but at the same time walkable to everything. Hosts were very responsive and local so very helpful. Very friendly hosts and lovely decorators with great taste and great book collections. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great rental for our family’s first trip to the Outer Banks. We brought our three young kids and dog; everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and the short 10 minute walk to the ocean. Michael was a great host! Will definitely plan on staying here again!

Our stay was lovely! Everything in the house is quality. Comfortable beds, quality kitchen supplies, convenient ice machine, lovely decks. Beauty in the details inside and outside the house. From a hose to wash your sandy feet before entry, baby gate at the stair, a wooden tray to carry your coffee and breakfast to the porch with views of the ocean, to throw blankets in every room for snuggling under while watching your favorite movie on the many selections. The dogs were comfy and so were the two kids. Puzzles and board games in the cupboard, beach towels and muslin bath towels to dry off. Loved everything about our stay. Steps away from the beach at any time and laying on the roof deck at night to watch the stars. Mark was extremely responsive, sending a short video on how to use the nest HVAC. Super comfortable pillows for both back and side sleepers. Blackout curtains helped for those who need them. We slept with the windows open every night enjoying the waves. Had a magical trip.

Our stay at Timothy’s place was excellent. The weather was terrible during our stay due to a tropical storm, but the beautiful house made up for the weather. Timothy has thoroughly thought of every detail in the home. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a great outdoor space. There were plenty of televisions to keep everyone happy given the weather. The hot tub is frequently serviced and clean. It has a very nice outdoor tub as well. The outdoor showers are beautiful and well designed. He has hoses on every level to minimize tracking sand into the house. We felt very relaxed. We would definitely recommend Timothy’s place. Very responsive host. Timothy definitely cares about his property and the comfort of his guests. We would come back and recommend this house.

Great location, easy to walk to the beach or the path on main road to local restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the upper deck looking towards the sound and sunrise if you walk down to the beach path. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for a long weekend. Bonus that we didn’t have to rent linens and towels as with other beach rentals. In fact, the beach chairs & beach towels meant less I had to pack. Though the yard is not fenced, there is was plenty of nice grass for the pup and the kids to play ball in. We are looking forward to coming back next season.

Jake was more than accommodating. Very clean. Jake was so responsive, respectful and GENEROUS! Highly recommend!
